Hi @LloydsBank Looks like your appointment booking system is down. Tried to book an in-branch appointment in a branch which failed. Tried on the phone, that failed. Direct line to the branch wasn't answered. Just want to simply book an appointment!

@LloydsBank Why should I go check what work you've got planned. You should be telling customers like you know every other business does when they expect an outage. Maybe a complaint to the FOS would be better. As I can't access my money because you can't effectly carry out maintence

@LloydsBank Sincerely hope you’re going to resolve the matter once he does finally get through. At the moment he is being punished for being a decent citizen and informing you of the problem
