@LloydsBank Hi Margaret,thanks so much for your response.The only reason I had sent this comment here to show that in the bank system is a gap that in my opinion shouldn't be happening as it can lead to distrust in the bank. If a customer makes a one-off transaction it's a law for the bank.

@LloydsBank No it was actually a different issue for my husband. It has been sorted but the man we spoke to was very rude to us and we basically had to do everything for ourselves.
