@LloydsBank Another 50min queue after being directed to the wrong team-make it clear who we need to go to when you ask us to call. You have too many separate teams that are similar going through one point. A workday’s worth of hours waiting so far over 2 days for the same issue!

@LloydsBank hi, I’m trying to get an insurance quote directly from you as a current customer (as there is a gift card promotion). I can’t get a direct quote as your website doesn’t have the car listed. If I go through a third party I get a Lloyds quote - but no gift card?
