  @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

  @LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

  @LloydsBank dreadsful support AGAIN...they expect me to wait for 30 mins on their website for a chat agent. The problem is if you forget & don't interact with their site it logs you OFF. So you cant even get on with any work. This is exactly how AI is ruining us! 0/10

  @LloydsBank what’s the point of your messages within the app. I received a message from a one of your guys, I answered a question and never heard anything back. Like they left the conversation. Since my Halifax credit card has cut over to your app the service has been useless.

  Hi @LloydsBank, whenever I use "add money" in the @monzo app & it redirects me to the Lloyds app, the Lloyds app crashes. The only workaround is to open & log in to the Lloyds app first, then start the process from Monzo. Could both teams please look into this? T for Thanks 🙏

  @LloydsBank The way you can help me is by getting someone to actually help me. I’ve had another entire day of words and not actions from Lloyds. I’m asking for one thing. Somebody within your organisation surely must be able to help me???
