@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank Going to Round in circles entering my user ID pass word & memorable info only to for it to say it doesn’t recognise me!! Took 35 minutes and I gave up in frustration but inconvenienced by lack of access to my own money!!

@LloydsBank Thanks Sophie-Louise, I went into a branch today in England without a mask and was told it was Lloyds policy that I should wear one. Does this mean if I go in tomorrow without one I will be refused service? I am not exempt.

@LloydsBank What an absolute fob off. Do,you know you charged me 2p overdraft interest this month ? Quick enough to charge that. Premier customer, big balances with you. For what ? A comment that you may return my incurred costs. It is simply laughable.
