It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Now I get an error message and a prompt to phone the help number. When I phoned, they told me to go to a branch. I did this, still sent the wrong card.

This is a issue because one cannot key in a code and most of the time the voice option doesn’t accept the verbal code. I am also a Lloyds customer and have not experienced this at all. Please help!
