It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

Not one was able to resolve my problem, neither were any of them interested in doing so. Raised complaint, got ref number. Been a customer for 45 years, can’t even get a promised replacement Debit Card after mine was blocked due to suspicious activity. Their online chat system is crap, not interested in finding solutions. Time to move I think.

Sam Shelby (@SelbySe74361) reported@LloydsBank So much for making banking easier, @LloydsBank. Not only is your app down, but when it is working, I can’t even add my existing debit card to Apple Wallet on my new phone through the Lloyds app — it gets declined and tells me to contact the bank.
