@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

So glad I am finally leaving @VirginMoney to go @LloydsBank for my business. Online banking is down yet again. Invoices went out this morning as first of the month and need to check if people have paid. Roll on 9th June!

You absolutely useless service, @LloydsBank. After 20 years, I'm closing my account. All I'm trying to do is send money to my girlfriend that she needs. You've sent me a text. So I've tried to top up my phone to reply, and you've declined that transfer as well.

@GaryJPowell @LloydsBank Woke-washing by big corporations. All the rage since the 2008 financial crisis. People are beginning to see through it though, and yes, as another @LloydsBank customer I'd suggest they look into what they are signalling.

@LloydsBank Hi Ros, I can confirm nothing is being blocked. I’ve been able to use this feature in the past when I’ve had to set up online banking. I’ll try again tomorrow and if I still have issues, I’ll call that number. Can you advise the hours that number is active?
