Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

My 78 year old mother does not have online banking or apps this is the reason she went to check on a scam text. Your reply clearly shows the issue… elderly customers are being left behind!!! @MartinSLewis

Complaint is in but calling it out on here so others can see the kind of people you employ. It’s not his first complaint either… appalling !!
