@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

@LloydsBank Hello Lynne, they advised I clear my history which I did, another advised I go to my iPhone app and that was also same problem. “You’ve been logged out” Someone has to call me about this issue as we’re going round in circles🙄

@LloydsBank Hi Julie, it unbelievable you are busy all through the wee hours of the night. Even if you are it's an unacceptable level of service expecting ppl to be on international call costing a fortune. You need call back facilities enabled.

@LloydsBank I have tried both +44 20 3280 3799 straight away says 40 minutes wait time atleast +441733462226- spoke to cust service rep who redirected my call same story .Perhaps you should try reaching to your fraud department via this IVR
