It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Shan (@Shan29687548) reportedTotally disappointed with the service I have received from @LloydsBank regarding a debit card dispute. The customer service was absolutely shocking 😳. Life was so much simpler when you could walk into a local branch and speak to a person face to face.

John Henderson (@westrowhendo) reported@LloydsBank @laze83 He has a point. A branch is of little help if it's not open when most people can get to it. Can you explain the thinking, if any, that led to these odd opening hours? It's as unhelpful as the short lived shop on a commuter estate we lived on that only opened weekdays 10am - 5pm.

LisaS (@ls39767284) reportedIf you want a business bank which actually works, don't go with @LloydsBank . Their securities team won't pick up the phone and nor do they reply to emails. Customer service staff are completely impotent in managing to unblock the stonewalling.
