    @LloydsBank You can’t blame your lack of staffing and disorganisation on “unprecedented” call volumes. I am not waiting in excess of an hour to access MY MONEY. I will be closing all my accounts and removing all business from you unless I receive a call within the hour

    Trying to report a credit card fraud with #lloydsbank and we’ve been on hold for 125 minutes! They’re exceptionally busy allegedly, reality is that only two ppl working the night shift. There has to be a better quicker way to deal with this surely?

    @LloydsBank Yes fraud team made the decision although I have provided crime ref number etc. so it just boils down to anyone being able to use my card and me being penalised for it!

    @CharlieandGem @LloydsBank We've had the same issue for a couple of hours and down detector is stating alot of people are having issues with making transfers and using the app.
