    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank 1/Many thanks, but we have already phoned Customer Services and they wouldn’t talk to us because we weren’t the account holders. They told us to go into the branch which we have done twice and they said they’d sort it out, but they still have done nothing.

    @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Had to speak to @firstdirect to help with IBAN payments to crypto brokers overseas & they tried everything to dissuade me from making the payments Every time I phone the bank I wind the staff up about the fact that DeFi will replace the banking system and XRP takes 4s not 4 days

    @LloydsBank That is correct, I am trying to transfer money to my son which I do frequently and it is saying that it can’t send, also on my husbands app it is saying account suspended! It is a joint account. Please help as you can see the trouble trying to ring from our mobiles from Dubai
