    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank Unable to topup my Revolut card as it's being declined on the LLoyds side. Tried calling support over the last couple of days - a 30 minute wait yesterday and a 50 minute wait today. Not good.

    Oh dear @LloydsBank terrible customer service this morning, have put in a complaint and will wait for a call back this morning - really disappointed after 30 +++ years of banking with you. I do need to try & sort the situation today I can give you my ref. Number ?

    @LloydsBank Thanks Andy. Website works, mobile apps don’t. I understand that some the tech breaks, but you folks really need to acknowledge it when it’s happening, even if the best you can say is “it’s broken, no ETF”, rather than leave us struggling to work out if it’s us or you… Ta.
