    @LloydsBank please fix your messaging service. It’s supposed to be 24/7 but so far I’ve waited 10 hours and counting for an agent to reply to a message. Not good enough

    It is literally impossible to get through to your customer service. All I need is my online banking unblocked. It’s take 2 mins. Been trying for days. This is a joke! @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank are there issues with your app. I’ve been sent money and the balance on the account has changed but the actual deposit isn’t showing on the list of transactions?

    @LloydsBank Thanks, someone has spoken to me and sorted the issue. Please could you log as a piece of customer feedback that the employee who spoke to me was extremely helpful but I had to spend 1 hour 22 on the phone to get there. To me that feels like understaffing and poor UX.

    @LloydsBank absolutely fed up with Lloyds bank. My card used fraudulently twice in 2 months. Now I can’t use card on various sites. On hold for another 10 mins to be told systems down - ring back. Whole system is so complicated. I want to find a new competent bank! Nightmare !

    @LloydsBank Hi Sophie-Louise last night my debit card was being declined. I spoke to LB on the phone and was told there where issues with authorising online payments.
