    @LloydsBank why is your Pershore branch closed AGAIN. This is becoming a regular occurance and is really not customer friendly as closest branch is 10+ miles away

    @LloydsBank are not fit to be carrying the Pride flag within their logo. People should be aware that Lloyds do not allow the opening of bank accounts by phone for those using the Mx (trans) title and despite a long running complaint, have no interest in resolving the issue.

    Absolutely blooming welll discussed with the customer services skills in @LloydsBank branch today. Now have to do a 20 mile round trip to another branch so I don't have to go in there again
