    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank explain this to me. My cc online banking app displays £17.78 yet when I log into the website it says £Nil. Why?

    @LloydsBank If you know some (many?) clients are having problems with online banking why on earth did your Twitter feed claim everything was fixed? We don't, actually, live in a post-truth age. Facts matter. Lloyds needs to get their act together.
