@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank Why would you offer a 0% balance transfer then take it away the next day? Tried doing last night and the transfers failed 'sorry we can't complete your request' and when I checked the site today to try again the offer was taken away. This has happened twice this year

@LloydsBank Thank you for explaining. I totally understand the storage of coins but not the queuing as I waited for 12 minutes waiting for just one customer. I was about 3 minutes.

@LloydsBank I understand you’re planning to close the branch at Oxted soon. We have a vulnerable relative with Fragile X who is unable to use on-line banking. You’ve already closed his Edenbridge branch so how will he access services please?

@LloydsBank I rang your helpline on Saturday and they said there was a recognised issue with this which should be resolved shortly. I get to the confirm payment stage and then it goes back to the main menu.
