@LloydsBank explain this to me. My cc online banking app displays £17.78 yet when I log into the website it says £Nil. Why?

@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@positivesarah @LloydsBank What can you do though? Usually it’s fine. As long as it’s working next week I’ll be ok. Hopefully it’s fixed quickly. I wish they’d actually send an automated message saying what the problem is and when it’s likely to be fixed. That would be helpful.
