@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank over 40mins so far to talk to fraud team. Disgusting. Been a customer for over 30yrs and can’t get help when I’m worried. Useless. What if someone was robbing my account now - fine help you lot would be 😟😟😟

@LloydsBank 50mins for the fraud lot so far. Too lazy to pick up the phone? Or is your security that bad you have loads of calls. I feel so let down. After 33yrs I’m now tempted to change bank if this is how lousy your service is

@LloydsBank worst customer service. Froze my card without reason. Called Friday, passed between different departs for over an hour, had to give up. Without card for 3 days. Called today waited 30mins only to be put on hold and never hear back. Disgrace. Changing banks tomorrow
