@LloydsBank It's been done but took 40 minute and 3 different people to speak to. Your lost card function on your website said this service is currently down please call. Also having a complaints procedure that takes 15 minutes is a great way to stop people complaining 🤬🤬🤬 #PoorService

@LloydsBank Great, sorry doesn't resolve the problem, I am still on hold. Have been passed to 4 departments in past 3 hours, speaking to online fraud team now who are transferring me to debit card fraud team, been told another 20 minute wait. So maybe 4 hours in total to resolve if lucky.

@ThatCarterBlunt Called the customer and credit card hotlines last night and got through to both in a couple minutes. That led me to ring the fraud hotline and I waited *40* minutes for a reply. @LloydsBank either have a borked fraud detection algorithm, or they're coming under sustained attack.

@LloydsBank No one has been in touch. I logged a claim. Claims manager said call me anytime. Just rang and he’s no longer dealing with my case. Forms I was promised by him 7 days ago to access my account have not appeared

On the phone to the bank for an hour and a half cus they put a block and won’t/ can’t take it off. Sort it out ffs. 9:30 on a Friday night. @LloydsBank
