Ah well, off to the postbox to send my snail mail reply to @LloydsBank’s customer services people. No means given in their letter of replying by email or secure messaging to their written response to my complaint. It’s almost as if they don’t want to engage with their customers.

@LloydsBank I tried it on my phone, turned off the wifi and used mobile data. It worked. However, on the desktop I still have the same problem. There is definitely something wrong with the wifi. I'll try to reboot my PC.

@LloydsBank rang your homecare service this morning to report a leak coming from my ceiling. Plumber arrived 9 hrs later to tell us we’re not covered for tracing. He wouldn’t even take the bath panel off! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS??
