@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank Thank you for the reply; but I'm still left without access to my money because your automated service hangs up after an hour if nobody from Lloyds answers. How do I resolve this? Do I need to go in branch?
