@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank I have been trying to get through to the travel insurers of my Platinum account for days. Today I am still in a queue after 1 hour 50 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Please sort this out as I don’t see why I should pay a monthly fee for such disgraceful service.

@LloydsBank I've tried to activate it using the app and online and they both say the same thing. When I use the app it just logs me out with the error code 900240

@LloydsBank my wife rang to ask for her father’s , in hospital after a major stroke, credit card to be frozen until he recovers/she gets attorney. Before getting help, it was suggested 4 times she should pay the bill. not her debt. Is this morally or ethically acceptable?

@LloydsBank Well once I finally got through the service was dreadful. Good job I'm persistent and stood my ground. Managed to get a call back from someone senior who resolved the reason for my call and was very helpful. 1/2

@LloydsBank They finally froze the account for thirty days. I have no problem being told we have to wait until we have power of attorney and then sort it. It was the suggestion, four times, that she should pay from her own funds. It’s really not acceptable advice.

@LloydsBank Thanks but this doesn’t solve my problem. I have now spoken with 5 “advisors” each simply transfers me back into a queue. I just want to make an online payment from my account!!!
