@LloydsBank This effectively makes your policy - "Do not pay people with online banking". Use Pay Pal. If you are going to shut down my bank account unless I sit on the phone for an hour. I can't risk it. As you shut my local branch- where I joined as a 9 year old - I could not even pop in.

@LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

@LloydsBank Yes. So basically, I was trying to book a hotel. Website crashed, said timed out & payment not accepted. So my partner booked it again. But it actually went through. I have contacted hotel. Will they deal with this or yourselves?
