APPALLEDwith @LloydsBank . In Greece with 2 children and despite informing them I would be on holiday I CANNOT ACCESS MY MONEY! There is a marker in place preventing me accessing my money and the team don't work until Monday! I have no money at all and have to wait 48 hours

To speak to the team who can remove the marker! This is against my rights as a customer of @LloydsBank . I moved my money into my savings account (instant access)! Last week and now when I want it I CANT GET IT. What am I meant to do for 48 with no money in a foreign country.

@paulwham500 @LloydsBank Well the current home office logo is blue and yellow to stand with Ukraine so are they only hiring Ukrainians? 🤔 but I don’t see you mentioning that Paul so maybe you just have an issue with gay people and that’s the problem here

@LloydsBank so we found someone’s debit card, called u and it is now cancelled, but with the card we’re other possessions and I cannot believe that you cannot message YOUR customer to let them know, I was told to search social media to see if I could locate the individual !!!!

@JustPark @LloydsBank Rather than both replying to me asking the wrong questions I'd rather you spoke to each other to resolve this issue about security authorisations. I first had this problem in November, when will it be solved ?

@LloydsBank 35 years a customer and a former employee for a few of of these . Today I needed to replace a card. After long waits no one could help me. One agent explained (after checking with his manager) she was too busy too help too. Thanks and goodbye!
