@LloydsBank Yes, my app is up to date as I check and update them daily and after checking, the last update was on 2nd November. This download/pdf issue has happened since this was updated as it was working fine before then.

Worst customer service ever by @Assurant @DPDgroup_news and @LloydsBank - a mere 10 days after DPD claimed they delivered my partner’s replacement mobile phone, but didn’t as pic not our house and ITS NOT HERE Assurant has finally opened complaint. 10 days. To open not resolve.

@LloydsBank Hi. No, there is nothing there. Why is this an issue, it never used to be. There has always been an icon in at the top left of the screen to save them to the location you wish to. As I don’t save them on my phone. It’s still there on the Halifax app which I also use.

@LloydsBank your site gives instructions for getting a replacement credit card if it is lost or stolen. But what if you still have it, it's just that card machines are rejecting it?

@LloydsBank insurance need to deliver on service paid for and promised and ensure their underwriter find a garage and pickup the car and get it repaired. Will they or do we need to tell everyone to never ever use @LloydsBank insurance?

@LHRPhotos @LloydsBank Wow. Thanks for the Help. My friend is not on twitter and given @LloydsBank insurance have not caused the urgently needed car repair by the underwriter for my friend a frontline NHS worker I was asked to help raise the case so we get the car repaired so he can go to work
