@LloydsBank It would really help that if a card payment was disallowed a message was sent to the phone of the card holder to let them know what the problem was. Please feed that back into the system somehow. I'm off to bed now.

@LloydsBank dreadful experience trying to apply for your premium current account! Got rejected and would not tell me why on the phone! Now I am being asked to take ID to branch because of your ridiculous error. If you want me as a customer I suggest swift apology and compensation

@LloydsBank You’ve misunderstood, I’m not going to visit a branch! Your error and I’m not being put out because of it. No way I’m thinking of being a customer as things have already gone so badly! If you are actually telling me it cannot be fixed without this then you will lose my custom.

@LloydsBank When talking to customer service I asked if I was able to answer questions on behalf of my client, I was told no. Some of my clients are non-verbal and or/have severe learning difficulties. All bank branches need to do better
