    Dreadful service from @LloydsBank support - trying to make an online purchase and it wants a security check done, I’ve tried 3 times to get through to an agent (as you have the wrong phone number on file) each one rude & unhelpful & just redirecting me to other departments

    @LloydsBank Since last app update I've been unable to view my credit score or notifications statements etc. Message states can't view due to technical problems.

    @LloydsBank Struggling to dm you. Require an appt to open a new joint account that is unconnected to the current one as there have been numerous fraud/scans occur on the old account. Both parties are lloyds ustomers but neither have online or mobile access. Need appt at lloyds romford

    @LloydsBank trying to book an in branch appt for a vulnerable customer and being told to do it on the app or online- cant speak to a person.A whole generation excluded as not online and branches shutting all the time #exclusion#notgreatfor vulnerables

    @LloydsBank Lloyds have stolen my transfer money of £1400, im stuck on a island in Fiji alone and this was my return flight money!! Their response was wait 21 working days for them to investigate!!!

    @LloydsBank why does it take 7-10 working days to post a bank statement when ordered online? And why does is cost £5 for the privilege? Are you using pigeons? Shocking service !!
