@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank Nope. Cannot log in using desktop site. Says to call lloyds. Have reset my password and memorable password just all of a sudden will not work. Yet was fine at midday today.

@willpg @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Yes, First Direct. I have been with Lloyds also for 40 years. Impeccable credit record but Lloyds treat me like a criminal. They do not care about this long standing customer, visually impaired, no mobile signal so can't receive one time pass codes via text message since Aug/2021

@LloydsBank I opened an 11-15 account around 18 month ago. I now see you do a new account smart save. Can the account be moved over to this and keep same debit card and log in ?

@lloydsbank Your online banking service has been appaling for around a month now. Extra security everywhere and even though everything is done right it fails and says it cant confirm payments. literally days from moving banks

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank I transferred 3 separate amounts of cash to my son. While waiting for my card to come to me, I could use his card. My internet banking froze and my sons card and banking went down. Wouldnt mind it was a total of 150quid..
