@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank I complained and they compensated me. Now get your app working. At least admit there is a problem and stop giving obvious and foolish advice. It isn't intermittent and it isn't a small matter.

@LloydsBank I can't launch the mobile app & it is impossible to get through on the phone. I was on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. Unacceptable service levels.

@Nemzzy668 @LloydsBank Try Desktop version. I think that is fixed now although still buggy and slow. When you transfer money it doesn’t show on account but when you click on View statement it does show there
