    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank @Victori39535921 I am also having issues with the app. When trying to log in I get an error. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and the error keeps occurring. This has been happening for over a week now. Please can you look into this, as I need to access my account.

    @LloydsBank Yes he does have an amazon account, He got a notifcation from the Lloyds banking app last night that said it was a charge of £7.65 from amazon US. When looking at orders on the UK based website the order doesn't show up however when looking at orders from the US version it does

    @LloydsBank your customer service is appalling. On hold for 45 minutes and when I finally speak to someone I get cut off. Ring back and told its atleast 45 minute wait - could your staff not ring people back?
