@LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@April_1970s @LloydsBank That's never gonna happen tho to be fair lol. I've just been knocked back from paying for my shopping because the app is down and I can't transfer money. Excellent customer service as always @LloydsBank
