@LloydsBank explain this to me. My cc online banking app displays £17.78 yet when I log into the website it says £Nil. Why?

@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank really poor service. Trying to get through to telephone banking and am getting an automated message advising to expect a ONE HOUR wait before someone answers?! Seriously? After 20 years banking with you, I’m thinking of moving to another bank. Really appalling

@LloydsBank Thank you for the excellent service after losing my card whilst away for a weekend. I had limited cash but a new card was uploaded within hours & I could draw £100 in cash on a Saturday. PLUS, I received a full refund of the fraudulent transaction. Well done Lloyds.
