@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@blablafishcakes @ItsMe50474936 @LloydsBank Had a similar with Tsb (who were part of the same group and shared the same shoddy practices). Over 18 months they paid me over £1500 because of errors and mistakes made. Including paying me £700 6 months after I left because an Ombudsman told me to. I left and never looked back.

@LloydsBank If I don't get the refund I will consider it a cost and make time available to share this poor experience with many others and recommend the services of @Metrobank who don't dictate where I shop. 3 working days use fair for the refund.
