    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank Another 5wks down the line, 2 phone calls to the 0345 number and a visit in person to the branch, I’m no further on. ‘We’ll send a new card out’ is all they keep saying. I’m beside myself now, they won’t even allow me to close a/c & transfer to another bank. What do I do now?

    @LloydsBank Why don't more of your branches have the cash/cheque deposit machines on the outside walls? So much easier if you are going to make it difficult to use branches in general outside of working hours.

    @LloydsBank hinckley branch. 3 members of staff on the tills and only 1 serving. So make 6 of us queue and the paying in machine isn’t working!! So why not say sorry we will get to you in due course. No wonder banks having no counter staff. Poor poor poor

    @LloydsBank I keep getting an error message when trying to logon to the online banking app saying there’s “technical issues” and to try again later. This has been happening all day, can you please tell me when the issue will be resolved? I’ve tried logging in and out a few times.

    @LloydsBank Thanks so much Caroline for the speedy reply, I didn’t think anyone would be on at this time and had intended it for the morning! I’ve tried switching Wifi on and off to no avail but I’ll try online banking via the website. I mainly use the app though so would love this to work.
