Unfortunately @LloydsBank has blocked my account without prior notice, i have contact them they have told me to go to branch, i went to branch they told we cannot do anything you have to contact bank again contacting bank so on … trouble service ..

@LloydsBank what’s going on with online business banking? Won’t allow me to log on. Changed details. Still won’t allow me to log in. All of this wouldn’t be needed if I could generate statements from the app. All very inefficient. Now gotta wait on the phone for 30 minutes! 🤬😡

@LloydsBank your Evesham branch is absolutely hopeless. I’m always kept waiting. There seem to be more staff wondering around looking dazed than actually helping your customers. I am sick of this half hearted service.

Yet another day of not being able to get on the @LloydsBank website to open a new account and the phone number being persistently busy - so it cuts you off automatically. Quite appalling customer service tbh. About to explore other bank options. Yesterdays response-keep trying!

@LloydsBank App needs a lot of work! Special character functionality needs adding to the memorable information page.Ability to generate statements. I should invoice you for the absolute waste of time I’ve had to faff due to your failing online banking credentials not working. Unacceptable!
