@LloydsBank I followed all the instructions in the automated text you sent to try and unblock the card. That made no difference. I used the automatic chat message service but there was no reply. I rang today three times today but have not managed to get through. 2/

@LloydsBank Should have spotted the problem immediately as they do not do Online Banking. Would anyone support me if I set up a Go Fund Me account, and I will do 10KM Trek in my Wheelchair to raise emergency funds for them ? I will try and raise what they’ve lost to pure scum.

@LloydsBank And I replied to you also, the "solution" you provided is not a solution at all as i am not a Lloyds bank customer (thankfully), therefore please escalate this matter and ensure that the letters stop coming to my address for someone who has not lived there for more than 15yrs! 🤬
