Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

The last time in Portugal I called and was told they could not explain why I had the issue. I spent a lot in FX fees transferring money. The
