@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank If I click on do it in the app it tells me to go away and use my phone. If I click on do it on the web it literally drops down the fields with all my numbers in so I can edit right there and then. It makes literally no sense!

@LloydsBank .@LloydsBank has frozen my accounts for over 10 months now, after they lost my financial data including my NI number for an ISA and Registered Mail with sensitive infor. they requested to 'fix' the issue. They are a bureaucratic nightmare. You want security, this is not the bank?

@LloydsBank A customer of 40 years would like to convert his child's account of 14 years to the Smart Start Lloyds advertises. Apparently the only way I can make this happen is to ask the ombudsman to intervene. Lloyds is a shadow of its former self.

@LloydsBank Anyone with 'real' money skills knows to avoid this bureaucratic behemoth @LloydsBank. It is inept in its ability to communicate between the hundreds of depts it has. A problem spanning more than one dept means you're screwed. My advice find another bank. #ByYourSide #MyBackSide
