    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank Absolutely ridiculous, I’m having the same issue with my brother’s account and I can’t believe how unprofessional it is. Misdirected ,!Waiting for hours to connect yet not answered by anyone. You’re quick to take action but then don’t respond immediately at all.

    @LloydsBank I did not receive a text and I am not prepared to sit on hold anymore. Time to find a Bank that wants to actually support it’s clients.

    @LloydsBank Clearly the phone team cannot help. We will have to find a branch that is still open and go in. Definitely worthy of a complaint.

    @LloydsBank So she went to the counter, the girl said "you need to go to the machine to pay cash in" (with an attitude and pointing to the machine) another male member of staff confirmed this to my wife however the machine was broken (as my wife told them) the male member of staff

    @LloydsBank Stormed over to the machine to confirm this was the case. The woman with an attitude started punching the keys in to make the deposit at which point the man returned saying its working now! Well it wasn't before as I had jammed up with the person in front of my wife.

    @LloydsBank Every time my wife has attempted to pay cash in your staff have tutted and spoken to her like dirt. Mainly telling her off for approaching the counter telling her to use the machine near the door, which often has a queue when counter staff are free. The machine today was broken

    @LloydsBank Called with a problem on my cheque account. Informed them I wanted to make a complaint and told he would have to talk to his manager, then put me on hold for 45 minutes, after which I hung up. NOT the way to carry on a business 😡😡😡
