    @LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    Very poor service from @LloydsBank on my mortgage - need to confirm some payment details. First call they hung up because I didn’t get my mortgage total correct to the penny (sorry) and now been on hold 20 minutes no answer. Then got 1 minute of help before holding another 5.

    @LloydsBank Can't find Lloyd's Bank International on here. Since the "maintenance" on Saturday 4th Sep 2021, when I log in the system claims it is August 5th, My balance is from end of July and there's no transactions at all from after. Wrong balance, missing months...

    @LloydsBank Both, when I call any number on the website it leads me through a series of options and then says that it is putting me through to an advisor. And then it says "Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to offer this service at the moment" and the call is disconnected

    @LloydsBank I have sent 5 complain emails already. Is this the best you can come up with?? I am in SW France and struggling to phone on mobile with bad signal to approve a transfer (YOUR REQUIRMENTS), getting NO SUPPORT from @LloydsBank only patronising replies!!!

    @LloydsBank customer in Scotland with old, unused account. Visited Bank of Scotland branch twice, sat with 3 separate branch managers, 40mins on call to Lloyds. Nobody can access my account or funds beyond checking the balance. This is ludicrous. Who can help?!
