    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank I’ve used 2 different computers and browsers and the same response re: card authentication. I’m being asked to authorise my memorable info login by using my card reader but can’t because of the above error message.

    @LloydsBank There was an email adddress at the bottom of the order email but messages are bouncing from it. No other form of contact Can’t believe I feel for a fake site, I’m usually really careful xx

    @pacman_225 @LloydsBank Yup! They’ve no shame. No remorse. No apology either. This from a bank I’ve been with for 53 years. Totally incompetent; no customer service, and they expect £21 a month from me (a pensioner) to ‘maintain’ my current account. The times we’re living in.

    @LloydsBank It was a “sorry we’re having technical difficulties” script - could only see/transfer between my accounts. All other recipients weren’t visible - just the error messages. I shut the app down a couple of times and it’s working now. Literally every IT problem… Thanks Brian.
