    @LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    Just had a message re a refused transaction. Phone @LloydsBank - excellent service. Cancelled card again and also spotted a refusal on my other account. So two cards compromised - one only 4 months after last fraud attempt. 1/2

    @WolffOlins @LloydsBank Why do Halifax employ people who are very bad at IT security and AI? cause so much problem for customers….they block accounts and cause financial damage!!!! And chose to put up ‘error ‘ messages to try and stop messaging them get your act together Loyds Bank

    @LloydsBank i need a replacement card. the app says "there has been an error, please call 0345....". i ring that number, and then it says it will send a link to the mobile app, which i use, which then says there's an error and i should ring 0345.... infinite loop. help?

    @LloydsBank I don't have access to either account anymore (this is how long this complaint has been ongoing). All I have is a contact number and a reference number for the complaint.

    @Billbobbird @LloydsBank I do not have account with Nuzest…i have never heard of nor want to!!! Halifax security have allowed this scammer to try and take money from me…and Halifax continue to ask the same stupid question over and over with the same answer!!! two days of ignorant customer service!!!!

    @LloydsBank I have tried using the mobile site and a desktop via internet banking, and have abviously tried the app. Have you checked to see if the service is working properly? Thanks. Once you select "sens money abroad" they all go to a white screen.
