@LloydsBank Doesn't matter what I do they still re appear once i re open the app and doesn't matter how long I wait either. I've used the messaging service before, three times but I'm not waiting for a reply.

@LloydsBank Its not about why i visit, im aware of my alternatives. Its about how unacceptable this is, the branch is closed more often than open. If you cant maintain a decent service then just close it permanently.

@LloydsBank I've tried 0345 300 0000 and 01733 347338, both numbers experience the same problem. NU, followed by a pulsing tone. I did manage to contact on line banking support but they cant help me

@LloydsBank I get all that Andy - but the point is that someone is using our address - and there have been 12+ so far in the past few weeks. These names have never existed at our property. If a 'customer' of yours uses this address something smells bad. I just don't know what yet.
