@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank appreciate your algorithms n’all but blocking legit payments with zero notice just because it’s west Africa is really flipping annoying. You’re covering your own liability not mine and it’s very poor customer experience. Vexed!

@LloydsBank How about providing a transcript of the video for the branches to give to the customer when watching the video? Many people with English as foreign language are better with written information - and many first-language speakers too, for example with language or memory impairment.

@LloydsBank I spoke to someone who then told me they could not deal with my issue and put me on hold with the Halifax!!! 50 minute expected wait time. I dont even bank with the Halifax.

@LloydsBank You’re missing the point @LloydsBank You’ve been saying you have long wait times on your customer helpline for over two years now. Why don’t you do something about it? It’s not as if you’re openIng more branches. This is a key service for your customers.

@LloydsBank Also appointment was made (another day off) to get it sorted once and for all after my husband breaking down in branch due to the constant stress of this. To then have the appointment cancelled an hour before as ‘it was all sorted’ (3)

Two years plus post-Covid and the @LloydsBank customer line STILL tells me it's getting "un-precedented volumes" of calls and I should only stay on the line if "my call is urgent". Really? Shouldn't you sort it out. #Banking
