@LloydsBank Well it would be courteous to contact the customer annually to review bought items. And as such a loyal customer you could have compromised with an offer at least. I've banked with you, since my teens and worked 20 years with you too. Most disappointed tbh.

@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank Do you accept withdrawals from crypto exchanges to Lloyds current accounts? Or is this an issue? I did read a tweet a while back saying you were fine with it, but this may have changed. I want a bank account which I can withdraw crypto to without issue. Thanks :)

@LloydsBank I’m not a Lloyds customer so was obvious to me it was a scam. Worried about those who are your customers though. Please warn them and advise accordingly. The more we educate people the less successful these scams will be. Thanks for the reply though. 👍
