    A comparison of insurers. I emailed @axainsurance. Response from person in 3 days. I emailed @LloydsBank home insurance. No response yet in 19 days and on the phone they tell me they *might* get to my issue in 28 days, if they have time. Don't insure with Lloyds.

    @LloydsBank And while I'm at it. Some Companies when you tag in SM team are able to assist. Then there are companies that acknowledge your tweet but SM team cannot do anything to help. That just exacerbates the frustration. Wonder which bracket Lloyds Bank come into🤔🤔🤔

    @LloydsBank appalling service wife has been holding on the phone for almost an hour to report potential fraud on her credit card. She has been getting the same message “ Thank you for holding, we are particularly busy at the moment but we expect your call to be answered shortly “

    @LloydsBank So we go again. Call direct to Fraud Dept. Get through after 30mins. Fraud for personal Banking. Can't help. Try this number. Another 30 mins. I can't help you. We only deal with debit card fraud! Can't help with Credit Cards! Are you joking! That's another hour apparently

    Just to make all customers @LloydsBank aware, they knowingly send out texts, to numbers which they have been several times do not belong to a Lloyds account holder, information such as account holders names and refer to gambling additions of named customer. GDPR????

    @MartinSLewis #lloydsbank Customer service changed from 10 days to 30 days, mum recently died & we are trying to sort out probate, they haven't done a thing nor did they care when yet again we had to chase them up
