    @LloydsBank after spending 30mins on a call centre to then be put through to the Rochdale branch it would have been better customer service not to disconnect the phone! Frustrating!!!

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank I’m pretty sure it was intentional as it rang for quite some time Claire. It’s a missing deposit query. It’s happened before when they have been slow turning a deposit from security plus around . Thanks tho

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank You’ve misunderstood, I’m not going to visit a branch! Your error and I’m not being put out because of it. No way I’m thinking of being a customer as things have already gone so badly! If you are actually telling me it cannot be fixed without this then you will lose my custom.

    @LloydsBank is the issue with credit cards declining now resolved? Spoke to someone yesterday at customer services & they said it had been an issue since Sunday but should all be ok by today but mine still wouldn’t work earlier this morning so I wanted to check for an update pls

    Holding to speak to a manager again at utterly useless @LloydsBank. They've just come back to say they can't find a manager. I've said I'll keep on holding. It's seems a typical problem of modern Britain. I'll leave this bank now but not until my complaints are properly resolved.

    I simply hate @LloydsBank 25 minutes on hold, no online support, can’t use internet banking because of some random error. @monobankua works way better during the war in Ukraine. And what is your excuse @LloydsBank?

    @LloydsBank spent 20 mins waiting for an answer on phone so decided to register online as advised. Started security and then told to phone to complete security. Another 20mins later and still no further forward. Is there a problem or is no one answering phones?
