    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank I have been calling up all morning for mobile phone insurance and you’re system is broken it kept repeating the same options no matter how much I pressed the right number for a adviser.I’m a platinum card holder and I’ve received horrible service from Lloyds 😔

    @LloydsBank is there an issue with online payments? Husband’s payment to me took over 24 hours and I’ve tried to make a payment from my online banking and says “not sure if it’s gone through” - how can I find out if it’s been successful or not?!

    @LloydsBank My online payment was blocked by the fraud team, I have called up to rectify this but the lady on the phone said the system was down to clear the funds
