I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

@AskNationwide @KeanRebecka Hi...it is not working normally at all. I’ve just had money transferred to me that hasn’t been received so to tell people that the issue has been resolved is highly misleading. Could you please look into it. It’s literally 3 days until Christmas.

@AskNationwide I have just wired money to a completely different bank as it states you are back to normal. My money has still not been received and no comment came up re me sending the money When are you going to be back to normal. Unhappy customer.
