I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

@steviecardwell @darnellbabyfce @AskNationwide Yeah normally I would think it’s inconvenient but it will be sorted, today I have 45 mins maximum to leave for a wedding and avoid traffic etc if not I don’t make it. I feel so sick and just signed up to Lloyds, won’t help this month but this has to be the end for me

@darnellbabyfce @ClareMi16293213 @AskNationwide Yeah I've got my pay slip and i can see it online from an old account for working tax credit where there's a section that shows wages, tax , tax code etc and this wage is showing there with 29th as pay date so judging on other posts it's NW that's not released the money yet
