Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

@AskNationwide Other Banks also have high levels of inbound payments, I don't believe they are experiencing any issues. Seems to be a regular occurrence lately, whats going on???

@GavinCorrigan @AskNationwide Something fishy here. They can’t put money in, but are happy for it to come out? 🤔 This close to Christmas…when people get paid early to help cover the extra costs

@AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

@AskNationwide @VOXI_UK ends up at £20 a month. I have received an email - today, when I have been with O2 since February 2021 to manage that problem. I'm not that bothered as let's face it this generation love getting away with this kind of "finance". I will try and change it

@AskNationwide Thanks for the response Phil. Any plans to do ANYTHING at all to show support for specifically straight White people in this nation? Or does supporting diversity just mean supporting everyone except straight Whites? Does Nationwide only see value in certain people in society?

@AskNationwide So I can afford an £800 per month. Over 35 years (and I will be working longer then that - cause I will have too) mean I can afford a £336k home , but due to interest rates you would only lead circa 115k …. So profits over Lending

@AskNationwide The state of the UK economy has got significantly worse (Inflation up, interest rates up) since Issue 1. Hence my question.

@AskNationwide I have contacted and logged a complaint on 15 June! Surprised I got told a FR timescale and no one has tried to immediately resolve my complaint or even contact me. Caused so much stress and anxiety thinking potential fraud but it was an employee error
