@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide lost yourselves a customer today. After trying/failing to make an online payment for 2 hours my card gets blocked. Speak to fraud team to unblock & verify possession of card. Still doesnt work and told i need to use PIN irl to verify, after using it all weekendXD?

What is the point of @AskNationwide having verify by banking app if when you go to order groceries for your mum on the week you lose your dad to cancer they decide to block it anyway giving a we have unblocked it when you verify again though @Morrisons cancels the delivery anyway

@AskNationwide Hello Nicole, It was giving me some options earlier about reporting the error but it said I needed some Google sign in so I quit. Now it just flickers and doesn't open. Thanks for getting back to me, Ham
