  • PennyArcade777 John Nugent (@PennyArcade777) reported from Runcorn, England

@AskNationwide How come I have 5 triple access accounts with varying interest rates? Am I abusing your rules?

  • diygolf John Pennington💙 (@diygolf) reported from Runcorn, England

@AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations

  • PennyArcade777 John Nugent (@PennyArcade777) reported from Runcorn, England

@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

  • Masterofsorrow Phil T (@Masterofsorrow) reported from Northwich, England

@AskNationwide seem determined to **** all over their existing customers don’t they!? #timetoswitchaway

  • ShanRebec94 Shannon (@ShanRebec94) reported from Sale, England

@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

@AskNationwide Payments down. The day before my wages go in. Can’t tell us when it’ll be sorted but it’s ok becos’ direct debits can still go out, even if there’s no money to pay them. Fanbloodytastic! NOT what I need this week 🤬🤬🤬

  • lifeasiknowit_3 KLB (@lifeasiknowit_3) reported

@AskNationwide Hahaha 7 working days for a reply what a joke do you mind writing a tweet so I can show my kids you ruined Christmas as they think I’m joking 💔

  • Man_Power_Music Man Power (@Man_Power_Music) reported

A full working day is nearly over and @AskNationwide still refuse to use twitter to inform their customers about the fact they can't perform their banking. They say their twitter is for "news" so why wont they tell their own customers about the most dire issue facing all of them?

  • sarahforr18 Sarah Robinson 🌸 (@sarahforr18) reported

@AskNationwide @Kayleig61572358 My Dec salary is due in my account tomorrow but my workplace is now closed until January 4th so if you send back for them to try again I am without my wages for 2 weeks!!! How are you intending to help me with that? You’ve had a number of hours now to sort this out. #nationwide

  • SirAaronMolby Aaron S (@SirAaronMolby) reported

@AskNationwide with it being Christmas time an everything, any chance we can speed up the issues surrounding incoming payments please?

  • Pamelajanepain1 Pamelajane paintings (@Pamelajanepain1) reported

@AskNationwide my own money being in my account, instead of incompetent errors, leading to "we're sorry we can't accept payments into your account from outside of nationwide @ the moment". 4 days before xmas? Get it sorted.

  • misslauradean Laura Dean (@misslauradean) reported

@AskNationwide When you say outgoing payments are "in a queue and will be processed asap". Is that queue being processed right now or is it just sitting there waiting for a resolution to the problem?

  • boyd1690 Boyd Sheldon (@boyd1690) reported
