@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide why don't nationwide offer online cheque banking? Most banks do and with your branches closing down regularly it's very inconvenient to get to a branch to pay a cheque in. By post is not reliable enough.

@AskNationwide I’ve phoned and spoken to advisors twice, no issues on your side apparently, Amazon say it’s not them. Mastercard with Monzo no issue, sorry I don’t have time to contact again, I’ve given up and will use Monzo instead. Maybe Nationwide and Amazon need to speak to each other

@AskNationwide I'm sure when I opened my account you had a service where you notified your account holders if one of your accounts offered a better interest rate? But I will check alternatives, and not just Nationwide.
