@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide Hi, my app isnt working, says there is technical difficulties. Also tried logging in on the website & it states i have no statements to show on any of my accounts so i can't see my outgoings etc. You said services are up & running normally but i dont think they are
