    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide Bar staff, table waiting staff, shop staff are all working in the public and not behind a screen. Bank staff are behind a screen, not mixing with the public. Whether they are open until 2 or 5, it makes no difference.

    @annie_slinn @AskNationwide We had to call yesterday, and @AskNationwide were wonderful, didn't remember my phone banking log in and was able to access using card reader. Made a tricky situation much easier. Thanks

    @AskNationwide I feel really let down by nationwide as I reported activity before which your fraud team ignored and recently found out they applied for 130 credit applications and tried to use my account but the bank did nothing

    @AskNationwide We went to bank and they couldn't make the payment. Double checked the account and sort code. An error comes up saying technical fault
