    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    Hey @AskNationwide any chance you can fix the app, banner at the bottom of my current account (pay/move money, manage overdraft, settings) it disappears v/quickly every time, also can no longer use 'activity from' screen just goes grey & nothing after that, I've cleared the 1/2

    @AskNationwide Disgusted by the service I’m getting with NW, had a confirmation email saying funds for our mortgage would be with us on the 18th, confirmed with the NW advisor we are moving the 19th and today NO FUNDS or communication as to why .... we will be homeless come 12
