    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide Having an issue with the mobile app. Try to log in and it wants me to register for the app. Did it all and was able to log in. Went back onto app a few minutes later and its asking me to register for the app again?

    @AskNationwide help. On phone to you. He kept saying he couldn't hear me. I could hear him. Then cut off. Are you going to call back, or do I have to go through another 15 minutes of "please hold". Been into your branch about this & online. How do I get through? Thank you

    @AskNationwide my son is the victim of robbery and being drugged. He has lost every penny. He has no money for his rent. You have a duty to help him. Sort it out.

    @Moneybox my son was drugged and bank cards swapped. Then tricked into trying to draw cash and PIN numbers stolen. @AskNationwide are refusing to refund him. It’s a very long story but nationwide have let him down as they are not doing what they should. Please can someone help?
