    @AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations

    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide They used the chat functionality on the banking app. Directed them to write a long note and wait up to three days. Called customer support. No one in the age verification team available. Maybe there will be someone available tomorrow? But not helpful for this evening!

    @AskNationwide I tried to pay money into an atm today but it rejected some so flattened it out put it back in rejected £20 then said it can’t give the money back. I’ve now lost £90 and the branch hasn’t open until Tuesday when I’m working. I have bills to pay which I now can’t do

    @AskNationwide I’m in South Africa if that makes any difference? It was working here though until yesterday. I need to make some bank transfers but am unable to. Even when I go on the browser it won’t take me to the login page?

    @AskNationwide I’m trying to get hold of customer services it says lines closed on the phone but your robot on msg says it’s open untill 8pm 👍 I cannot access my own money

    @AskNationwide your automated call handler is terrible. Put all the details requested in the keypad, asked for them again & again & again. I’m trying to report a stolen card and it’s impossible to speak with a human

    @AskNationwide Hi, in April Nationwide issues £50 rewards to all accounts holders. Mine was paid directly into my account but my children had cheques issued. I have just had an opportunity to get them banked and can't find them. Would you be willing to re-issue them?
