    @AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations

    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

    @james_ponter @AskNationwide I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

    @AskNationwide Glad to hear your new system works at a time convenient to you. Shame it didn’t when it was convenient to me, the customer. Old system was convenient to both of us

    @AskNationwide I just did a internal bank transfer from one account to another account and it hasn’t come into the account. But it shows that come out but not transferred???? Did call up the help line but ur lines are closed now for that department

    @AskNationwide hiya, just changed my phone and had to set up online banking to find my customer number. Now I can’t log into the app on my new phone because I registered in the last week. How is this a thing?
