@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide This better be fixed by tomorrow. I have had to borrow from family members as i can not access my fund to even do my food shopping and I have a baby of 3 month old. I have council tax due tomorrow and rent and if my wages are not able to be in my account I will not be happy

@AskNationwide Mine & my partner's salaries both went in this morning without issue, DDs went out fine though there was a delay of 3 hours with some manual transfers to other accounts. Your tech guys need to look into why some inbound payments were unaffected but others were as a starting point

@AskNationwide This is getting ridiculous. This is happening on a regular basis. And all we get is we're sorry we're trying to fix the issue. It's not good enough, something better needs to be done about this. Or compensation needs to start. Its a major inconvenience.
