    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations

    Received fraud warning from NW & didnt recognise £115.06 payment so blocked it. Was on phone to NW when got message from website host was their payment so tried to unblock it. NW were unhelpful. Please authorise payment to Hostinger asap before I lose business @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide I've had a FlexPlus Account for a few years and often wonder if it's worth paying for. Turns out, absolutely, 100%, YES! Cannot fault the service when we've needed help at home and overseas. Thank you!

    @Barclays no counter services open on a Saturday?? I need to pay in a cheque from @AskNationwide but your automatic machines don't like the *** in front of the digits printed on their cheques. I can't be the only one to have this issue. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
