    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    @AskNationwide help been waiting for call back to unblock my account for two hours was told it would be 20 mins. Have no access to electric or food so the disabled person is being severely neglected. Any help please of a number to try or anything at all ?

    @AskNationwide hi team. I arrived in Spain yesterday but having issues withdrawing cash with my FlexPlus Card at a cashpoint. The cashpoint is saying that my bank does not support contactless withdrawals even though the card is in the machine. How do I get cash whilst in Spain?

    @AskNationwide my father's been trying to pay for his shopping with this card and also use the cashing but it keeps cancelling the transaction. When I check the service status it says no problems. But there clearly is. How does a 74 year old get intouch at this time of night

    @AskNationwide AAGGHH why does the CHAT dialogue box disappear when you have to click away to check something on your account? Cannot bear to start all over again have wasted nearly an hour already. To be fair not just an issue with #Nationwide but maddening
