The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. After spending hours arranging a contract with a Nationwide customer whom I met at his home had lenghty discussions and agreed a contract he signed and asked to proceed. NATIONWIDE text him, called him witheld Payment! Said it was a SCAM!

We'll be moving banks as soon as this issue is resolved
