The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

Is there a way Nationwide can block them taking automatic payments as I don't consent to it?

I’m a nationwide paying customer and you supplied the insurance as part of a fee paying account. I don’t think it’s unreasonable for me to ask you to find out
