    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    @AskNationwide I have shares like most customers with it being a mutual b society and people just want a bit of honesty not feeling like they are being fobbed off and made to feel they are not important and their opinions and issues are irrelevant as without cmrs NBS would not exist

We are still waiting for wages that should have been credited yesterday but you were quick enough to take two direct debit payments straight after midnight 🙄 disgusted with you @AskNationwide
