@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide so my account is blocked due to a fraudulent transaction and told to call 0800 number on hold for 30 minutes to be told that no one can help. Call back on hold again and same thing happens account still blocked not happy!!!

@Nats022010 @AskNationwide I’ve never experienced such a thing with any other bank, not even Santander - & that’s saying something ! I will close acc after this. Awful.
