@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide Hi Diane, I have attempted to register and account that is linked with my current account. For the sake of being thorough I have tried to do this on both the mobile app and online and both times I have been met with an error claiming 'technical problems'
