@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide do you have an idea of the wait time on phones? Been waiting 30 mins for mortgage help, couldn’t get through yesterday and product I wanted has already gone up £100 per month since then.

@AskNationwide Using a technicality to wriggle out of honouring a fixed rate mortgage product. Zero transparency; zero customer service; zero ethics - shame on you. Borrowers beware!

@AskNationwide 2/2 I see you have now put your rates up again but I still can't get anywhere to actually renew it. I am missing out on a deal due what appears to be an IT issue and lack of staff to support customers during an already difficult time.

@AskNationwide @DianaAward If the CEO isn’t interested in bad behaviour amongst employees. Claiming to support anti-bullying seems wrong to me

@AskNationwide does anyone there actually work? Like as in actually complete a task that's assigned them, by a customer. You are causing unwarranted stress by not doing a simple job and releasing funds when you've previously stated you've sent a cheque when you obviously haven't.

@andrewmcsweeney @AskNationwide It's a complete and utter joke. BoE holding firm so all nationwide are doing is gleefully robbing people of their hard earned. Disgusting behaviour to be honest. Been a customer for over 20 years and I'll certainly be going elsewhere if I can find a deal even 0.01% lower
