@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide No, that’s what I’m trying to access but can’t because you don’t have this information. Tried doing it by post as well but again can’t access as you apparently don’t have my mobile. I’m sorted now after 20 minutes and three different advisers

@AskNationwide All banks can release pending payments and stop them but nationwide doenst want to because they rather have customer all wekend without miney than stop them and its only nationwide doing this agaibst customers
