@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide Hi recently tried to make a purchase it came up with me needing verification which I did and on the site I was on it said it failed but I checked my account it says the money was taken out and is currently pending can someone help me out please thanks!

hello @haymarketbooks for some reason I am unable to use any of my Nationwide cards on your website! I've spoken to @AskNationwide and they assure me the problem is at your end so I suggest you look into that. In the end I used my disposable virtual @RevolutApp card instead.
