@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide - A coupe of suggestions from a new customer 1) Don't put "Visa Purchase" in front of all the statements items, it makes it hard to use categorisation apps like moneydashboard 2) Why oh why do I need a card read to setup new payments - We should be passed this now.

@AskNationwide hey Nationwide, i was at one of your bank branches and the staff said i could apply for a flexstudent acc but when i looked at the leaflet, it seems like i can’t as i’m an int student doing a 1-yr masters help 😫

F**ksake. Now @AskNationwide don't have the first clue what to do when a customer tells them to reverse a DD that a company have taken in breach of the DD Guarantee. "We'll investigate" No, you'll do as you're bloody well instructed or meet the Ombudsman.
