The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. How can you decide to block a payment to HMRC ? the automotive service at HMRC did not recognise my version of my postcode so I tried again and nationwide blocked my card!! I’ve had to spend another 45mins on the phone to HMRC !!

No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.
