The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. It's basically bomalia. @AskNationwide have their head office there, they're both importing indians to work in Swindon, and therefore help with Swindon's enshittification AND outsourcing call centre jobs to india.
