@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@pampsych @AskNationwide I'm with Nationwide and I have an ISA that has a variable rate but what ISN'T made clear is that the rate can go DOWN but not up. It's nonsense to have to open a new account to get the better rate 😠. Try Ford Money

@AskNationwide Ive done all that deleted app re installed and keeps saying service error when I try to log in, stop updating apps before you clear them as working properly, idiotic!

Hey @AskNationwide it's a bit sneaky to only offer non-flexible ISAs when a fixed rate one matures. Many will want to move to an instant access ISA to allow rate changes to be tracked.

@AskNationwide when is the increase on our savings then? Already bumping to the mortgages after an hour. Come on, back with the stock answer of “working through the sums!” Didn’t take long on the mortgage side. #Snide

@AskNationwide good afternoon, I'm a customer and wanted to know if it is possible to make a withdrawal but in coins (probably about £200 total worth of £1 / 50p / 20p coins). Would I need to order/make a special request at the local branch?

Never thought I would ever say this, but @AskNationwide home insurance, awful service, trying to use a clause in policy saying an optional cover which was never offered was not selected to decline a part of a claim for a 90 year old. DISGUSTED, where have customer values gone?
