    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    @AskNationwide morning. your new website looks good although the fonts don't display sharp enough in Google Chrome v91 on my Windows 10. Fonts look a lot sharper on my mobile. Also it seems that your House price index calculator is broken when looking at region or by postcode 👎

    Hi @AskNationwide - for several days I've been trying to submit an application for additional mortgage borrowing online (after logging in) and constantly get a system error message after the first page. Can you help? We phoned yesterday, but no help.

    @AskNationwide Hi, yes I do and have sent a message via there. But the last two times I sent a message through this way, I got a standard response directing me to FAQs. I'm hoping someone can look specifically into this issue

    @AskNationwide But Nationwide don’t accept post dated letters. I can’t see the need to change the card number as I’m now going to have to go through the terrible online banking App to work out what is a card payment and a DD. I shouldn’t have to do this. Again fail to see security here?

    @AskNationwide My replacement Debit card arrived today (13 July 2021) letter was dated 1 July 2021, please explain? Also why change card number. Do you have any idea how inconvenient this is now going to be to update payees? I see no evidence to support this “security” measure

    @AskNationwide Hello. Yep. Both registered separately. She can access the mortgage and every other function just not the account.
