Darren Payne (@Dazp79) reported from Mickleton, England@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. Grey Blackstone (@GreyBlackstone) reported@AskNationwide any plans to change the online banking format again? The new one is awful, I hate that it’s missing a running total, and when I switch back to the old version it’s now horribly formatted and I have to swipe around to see the full details.

CJ © 📷 (@photo_cj) reported@AskNationwide No, it's okay. Decision made as there is also reduced branch access to consider. If you don’t already have digital access, then you are basically stuffed! After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc
