    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    @AskNationwide have lost us as a customer purely on the fact they can’t sort the re-accruing issue of handling there members payments in and out of accounts so decided to go with @StarlingBank instead who I am sure will be able to do better! #Nationwidebank

    @AskNationwide it's laughable that your systems are down...again...again...again. Quick question, after dealing with the ghost cheque payments that you'd ring-fenced on my account, any idea how I can pay my cc bill, seeing as you can't process the 3ds2 initiation attempt?

    @AskNationwide Compensation is clearly needed for each and every customer!!! Once is forgiven,twice is a clitch but thrice needs compensation unless you are happy to loose a lot of customers???

    @AskNationwide I have been a customer for over 30 yrs , thus is now the 3rd payment issue glitch in a number of weeks - what is causing the issues and why it keeps repeating 🙄 I'm expecting a sizeable payment soon + this repetitive "problem" is concerning so i am thinking of alternative method

    @AskNationwide Queuing payments !! This is not answering my ? , what is or has been the issue that they have had to queued, I have accounts with Nat West (10 yrs) and Halifax(forvever) and an executors account with TSB (2 yrs)and these gave never had this issue

    @AskNationwide I have shares like most customers with it being a mutual b society and people just want a bit of honesty not feeling like they are being fobbed off and made to feel they are not important and their opinions and issues are irrelevant as without cmrs NBS would not exist

    @AskNationwide Sally everything working normally does not answer my ? Or the hundreds of tweets on here. What is causing the problem further off and why has it happended more than 3 times, other svs working normally is no good if no money is coming in 1st off, NW quick to message if otherway
