@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide It's not about what happed it's about the fact you do not consider the needs of a teenager when having to deal with issues. Your service is "Adult Focused". Young teens need handholding & guiding none of your systems and processes are designed for that.

For @AskNationwide to provide a surveyor that fails in the job but not any responsibility is beyond me. The trust was placed with Nationwide and yet I have been truly let down.

@AskNationwide Just been told that it will take 15 working days for you to confirm my zero mortgage balance in writing? And you'll send it in a letter! No rush then.

@AskNationwide The exact text was "We've been trying contact you. Your credit card will be suspended the day after your next statement date. Please call us on 0345 600 66 11 so we can help" The phone number is a hyperlink ,personally I think it's not you?
