The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

Sought help, not easy to find, and bloody thing tried to time out whilst asst was explaining prev attpt had timed out. Back 2FirstDirect?
