    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide there was a pop up yesterday saying that there was a problem with payments. Direct debits to pay off credit cards affected? £25 charge appeared!

    @AskNationwide @KeanRebecka is not working normally at all. I’ve just had money transferred to me that hasn’t been received so to tell people that the issue has been resolved is highly misleading. Could you please look into it. It’s literally 3 days until Christmas.
