Tim T (@Cretophile) reported@AskNationwide 1/2 I challenge the ‘here to help’ for the second time in a few months, a limited term account is closing. The do nothing simple option is for any savings to end up in a 0.5% account, not the best, maybe on of the 2 or 3%. It seems nigh on impossible to do online and in advance.

No one gets back to you & can't get thru on phone, then when you do all they can do is email switch team who don't get back to you. Phoned & automated service says they're not taking calls & immediately cuts you off. Shocking service.

I can't pay bills, etc., because it might get caught up in switch. This is not acceptable. Been with Nationwide for many, many years. DO NOT SWITCH TO NATIONWIDE....DON'T EVEN CARE ENOUGH TO HELP...

Takes ages to get thru on phone to find out what's going on then they can't actually deal with it as they email switch team who never get back to me 🤬 Branch who persuaded me to switch say can't help. 🤬
