    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    @AskNationwide I can’t seem to send it still. I’ve tried logging in online too and the issue seems to still be happening could this be down to my card reader possibly?

    @AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    @AskNationwide You don’t even know my full name & I don’t have even have an account as it isn’t my house? Absolutely appalling service from Nationwide Emergency Line. Online Portal doesn’t work, on hold for over 4 hours & still haven’t spoken to anyone. Been without water for nearly 48 hours

    @AskNationwide We are on the phone again, second super lengthy call today. Why when I already have an account and I recommended that we switch everything to you is this service so terrible? You have today said you are rejecting the switch for a weird reason.

    @AskNationwide Ok fabulous thank you! I’ve seen Santander having nothing but problems with their new Mastercards and honestly I don’t carry cash and use my card a lot so being stuck without cash and a not working card isn’t my idea of fun!

    @AskNationwide I can rephrase, Karen. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily? #Nationwide

    Well don’t try to use the Nationwide switch service. Emails that their own guidance says are spam, no accountability, hours on the phone and after 13 days still no switch. IT terrible, communication abysmal. Worse than useless. @AskNationwide
