I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

@AskNationwide I need some help with the account switch service your leaflet clearly states if I change my mind I have 7 days from the date of the switch but I have called to delay it today and been told it cannot be delayed & I cannot speak to anyone about this!

@AskNationwide how is it OK to leave someone for at least 3 weeks with no bank card? No access to money, and bills/subscription have now stopped. To make it even worse your customer service is an absolute joke.
