@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

Like we need any reasons or excuses these days to want to leave broken Britain, but @HMRCcustomers are legitimately a disgrace. Tax system broken and support lying @AskNationwide caused an almighty mess on my leaving. I don’t normally have regrets but my god I do here.

@AskNationwide Hi Mike! I’m going to have to call … again, when I’m in the UK. It’s is ridiculous that I was told I had frozen my own card when I told the advisor I hadn’t, even the app said I didn’t although she was telling me I’m wrong . Every time I’m on holiday- problem!

@AskNationwide 6 working days from when? My switch completed yesterday and my old bank account is now closed so I assumed I should be able to use my new account from today? I signed up to do the switch on the 10th Nov though.
