  @AskNationwide why is it when my card payments go through drop onto my statement then stay in pending caused my account to go into a minus to be told by an advisor nothing we can do have been advise it are aware of this issue was told 24 hours ago it would be fixed within 3 hour

  @AskNationwide Gave up after 40mins Decided to look at opening a @NatWest_Help account instead of adding to the ones I have with you, which will probably close as I don't have any digital access (very old, long standing accounts).

  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

  @AskNationwide Hi Nathan I logged my concerns and asked for a response by email, which was an option on the form. I received a reply that did not even attempt to address my concerns. Just a list of contact numbers. Very poor customer service.
