Ray Milo (@RayMilo1) reported@AskNationwide my banking app says ‘establishing secure connection’ and then stalls. The only workaround I have is to uninstall the App and then reinstall, go thru hoops and then I get on first time. Then problem repeats. Can you please look into / resolve?
