  Agree, car parking is a great example.All car parks should have option of paying with cash & Apps especially when no phone service! Banks closing down in towns & no replacement bank hubs as promised! If you are over 70 no one cares about you. Thank goodness for @AskNationwide

  @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes

  @AskNationwide The app issue has been ongoing for the last fortnight. I've restarted my device, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it is glitches aplenty when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.

  @AskNationwide @SteveB2706 Terrible website now on a laptop. Only thing that saves it is the old version. Fully prepared to take you to the ombudsman for making banking inaccessible to dyslexics.
