@AskNationwide Thanks, Marcus. It's there now. Doesn't excuse the fact this keeps happening - not your fault, of course, but very annoying. @AskNationwide really need to sort this issue out or, at least, tell their customers what the real issue is.

@AskNationwide Some members? I'm sure you mean ALL members. It's nonsense that you're trying to downplay this considering it keeps happening. Be honest, let us know what the issue was, maybe we'd be a bit more understanding. You forget that many of your members may work in IT and are not fools.

Fortuantley had friends and family support us through this. I cant imagine how a mom with a newborn is coping, as i said its bigger than monwy
