    @AskNationwide I paid off a mortgage with TMW, and received a letter asking me to call to finalise the legal process. It is impossible to get a reply. This afternoon, the number was not taking calls. This is unacceptable.

    You gotta love @AskNationwide Banked with them for 30+ years, turned me down for a 98% deposit mortgage because I'm disabled, froze my bank card three times while I'm trying to buy things for my house and then take 20mins to answer a phone each time you try and sort it out
