    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    @AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

    @Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

    @AskNationwide Real helpful 4 days before Xmas. Barclays had a similar issue yesterday, they had it fixed within 30 mins.....makes you wonder if we are all with the right company

    @i_am_rebecca_ju @AskNationwide Any update ? I’m still waiting for my money that I’ve transferred to my other bank (that has no problems) to clear! I’m now sat waiting stupidly not able to do as planned for today (Christmas stuff with family)…. With my money 😳 Maybe compensation is in order to your customers

    @AskNationwide I take it that the direct debits I have due will not be paid because of this issue? Can I have some details on how to claim back late fees please? I'm also going to need something in writing for the missed payments that will show on my credit score.
