    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    Appaling service from @AskNationwide Third time in a few weeks a payment has been 'missed' because of their incapable payment system. Waited an hour and a half to speak to someone who tells me to 'call the mortgage company and ask them to take it again'. Great, thanks. Fuming!

    @jessyjensen @AskNationwide This is what i was saying everyone getting same **** we had for 2 months covered in lies i advise most people to go straight to the ombudsman and FCA. Were guving them til 7th as they stated then we take action.

    @jessyjensen @AskNationwide I have had the exact same issue. Nationwide’s response is repeatedly “the problem has been sorted” but it blatantly hasn’t. They are blaming 3rd parties when it is obviously all down to the payment problem Nationwide are continuing to have. They couldn’t give a sh*t.
