    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

    @AskNationwide I tried this. They said i needed to complete the online form. I explained that i am locked out of internet banking as it does not recognise my customer no. This is the third day without access to my funds, and follows a bereavement. I am hugely disappointed by nationwide.

    @AskNationwide Day 6 with no useful support from Nationwide Insurance. Their 3rd party suppliers are useless. Trapped in a house with no water, no heating, no toilet. Alternate accommodation agency not responding. Disgusting operation. Why pay for insurance?

    @AskNationwide I am going around in circles. Please can someone who can actually resolve this call me? I have been on hold for ages trying to resolve, have been promised call backs which don’t happen & the chat bot just keeps asking me to log in - i cannot log in as you have frozen my accounts!

    @AskNationwide Dire performance from yourselves! Didn’t issue debit card before ran out! Now just appeasing tosh it’s been issued since Monday 2nd Jan and still not received it! Dumbo on phone says if not received by Thurs 9th Feb We’ll issue another. Starve in meantime eh
