    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

    @AskNationwide So how did I know there was an issue 7 hours ago yet you, nationwide only knew about it this morning. Its not acceptable. How many more times is this going to happen. We need proper answers now. Not generic ones. 3 times in a few weeks.

    @AskNationwide another payment issue? This is extremely concerning when no information is given by Nationwide as to cause and remedy. What’s the issue today (& I assume no interest penalties will be applied to late payments )
