@AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

@AskNationwide Well no one has reached out to me. So I might as well complain. Terrible service folks and you are splitting customers down the middle. Please dont ever put MY money into a queue again. I needed that transfer on 4 January and you were at fault. It's more than just Direct Debits.

@AskNationwide About you giving customers £60 to those who were affected after the outage but only on January 4, so forgetting your customers who had the issue in December!

Adrian Parsley (@AdrianParsley) reported
@AskNationwide Unfortunately as it wasn’t direct debits i imagine you’ll say no. All i wanted was access to my money when i needed it, ended up having to ask my mother in law to pay it…. Guess what? She couldn’t… Nationwide too!
