There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.Please be aware as more employees may be involved and always check your receipts.

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

Tried to deposit from NatWest to Coinbase, but they block any crypto related transactions >£1k. Starling blocks *any* crypto related transactions. The UK needs self-custody and privacy, ASAP.

@MikeStewart79 Before my husband died he wanted to take out 5k cash. Greeted with smiles until we said the amount. All the shutters came down, smiles turned into frowns. Escorted into a room and literally interrogated, treated like imbeciles. Poor service from NatWest.

@NatWest continues to give absolutely rubbish service. Nothing is straightforward – I have been trying to get several NatWest credit cards to be validated for Apple Pay and keep getting stupid messages. Highly recommend. Nobody opens new accounts with them. I repeat rubbish bank

@itvMLshow where do consumers stand who have been moved from Sainsbury’s Bank to NatWest, and cannot access their accounts due to NatWest not providing the login details (requested several times). Don’t use telephony services for health reasons and worried re late payment.

Major mortgage lenders cut rates Five major lenders - HSBC, Santander, TSB, NatWest and Principality Building Society - are set to cut mortgage rates, continuing a price war that has seen banks race to offer lower rates. HSBC and Santander are reducing residential and buy-to-let rates for the second time in two weeks; Santander’s cuts reach up to 0.14 percentage points. TSB will trim rates by up to 0.15 points, while Principality’s reductions reach 0.13 points. NatWest is targeting buy-to-let borrowers with low headline rates paired with high arrangement fees. Experts caution that Budget-related property tax changes and shifting market confidence could halt or reverse the trend for rate cuts. Analysts expect rates to stabilise within a narrow range, with fixed deals in the mid-3% to low-4% area becoming the norm. Ranald Mitchell, director at Charwin Mortgages, said: "For borrowers, this is the time to act decisively, securing a deal while the competition is still driving rates down." Nicholas Mendes, mortgage technical manager at John Charcol, commented: "Lenders may trim rates further if inflation data continues to soften or if fiscal tightening hits growth harder than expected, but the era of sharp repricing appears to be over."
