Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. πŸ™ˆ Do you want the money or not???

  • LdnCinders
Joanne Timms (@LdnCinders) reported from Croydon, England

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

@NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

@TSB is getting worse and worse with taking out payments, so slow... Compared to my #natwest account. TSB takes too long taking things out of the bank. Literally get hit with everything coming out the same time. You guys need to speed up payments coming out 😑

@FrancisMaudeAdv I am going to outbid @elonmusk to buy Twitter by using the +1$ facility ... then I shall pop down to Lloyds, HSBC, & NatWest for a loan... then I shall fill the car and **** orf into the sunset just for the hellovit!

@Rosiesdva Natwest. As perp works for them, is able to do things he wouldn't be able to do if he didn't i.e get his colleagues to cancel debit cards/access accounts leaving no trace etc. I keep saying this but what have banks put in place for when the perp works in the bank? #FinancialAbuse

  • Cryptdropper88
    CryptoDropper (@Cryptdropper88) reported

Still having the odd withdrawal issue to my Natwest account. Company contacted me today to say 1 didn't work. Natwest unable to admit they have widespread problems for customers. Not had my council tax rebate either yet, many around me have. @NatWest_Help did you eat that too?

@NatWest_Help Hey NatWest. Is there an issue ATM with Visa Debit Cards making payments online? Two separate Visa transactions failed this morning, MasterCard worked.

  • AtomixApps

@MusticlesTGreat @NatWest_Help Try using a VPN to connect to UK. Happened to me recent trip to California. Not a NatWest issue but USA networks have some sort of DNS based protection that might tamper with NatWest app certificates.

Years ago I worked in customer services, in one of those phone farms that take calls for lots of companies - Tesco Finance, NatWest etc. I learned that to avoid listening to angry rants all day, I had to convince the customer to tell me what they wanted to achieve with the phone
