    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Are you ever going to fix the glitch on your service where the “continue watching” function takes you back to the previous episode that you’ve literally just watched? It’s incredibly annoying.

    **** @NOWTV Every month for last 1.5 years, they turn my internet off because payment system broken. Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

    @GeoffNorcott listening to #whatmostpeoplethink not sure of your issue about not being able to play NowTV in your TV? You will at minimum be albe to use HDMI cable connection, but you should be able to air cast. Also if you have Samsung or LG TV they will have app available.

    The picture quality on the standard NowTV plan, which costs £35, is shocking. For that price, you don’t even get proper HD—you have to shell out another tenner for Boost. And last night they didn’t even bother showing Wawrinka’s farewell ceremony and just cut off the broadcast 😡

    Please fix the bug that makes the programme start with no picture, just sound. Every F1 I have to log in and out to get a picture and nearly miss the start! 🪲 (LG TV app) @NOWTV

    It's either very dark at Silverstone or the very flakey @NOWTV is broken. Sort it out - or if you're going to be so useless then allow switching between devices. £40pm to watch a blank screen is a rip.
