Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

Gary Lager (@Garrardinho) reported from London, England@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

Nobody from NowTV can be contacted so I followed online advice and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. It now states that I’ve exceeded the number of devices (which I haven’t). I then bought a boost, thinking that would help, which it didn’t. Any solution?
