  @NOWTV just tried to call about my 82yr old father who’s having trouble with his broadband only to be told he has to ring himself and go through all the options which he would not be able to do. Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

  @nowtvhelp 9.4.3 build 4079-56 This one is the worst one. They are all the same stick so I guess the same software version. Only happens when watching things through NowTV not any other apps.

  @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Are you ever going to fix the glitch on your service where the “continue watching” function takes you back to the previous episode that you’ve literally just watched? It’s incredibly annoying.

  I was so wrong about Peacock not coming to the UK - still trying to work out how it plans to coexist as a distinct product with Sky. Most of the launch content is already streaming via #skyq and #nowtv

  @NOWTV You have just told me over the phone that the wifi connection is not your responsibility and because I am not a commercial customer it is not your problem if I cannot use your internet connection to teach. This will work well when I cannot teach from home next week.

  @NOWTV Yes they said there was no known issues when as clear as day there was. And yes, when I attempted to start watching the game i could login but not stream it. You can see by the screen shot I sent loads of people had problems.

  @jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

  @nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

  @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV I had the same issues, I was a Sky subscriber but I cannot get a signal anymore so tried now TV. Could not get it to work on the Apple TV app so had to get the dongle in the end.

  @voxomalley @NOWTV Yea, it’s terrible. Really annoying it doesn’t have catch up either. Some say Dropbox is the problem, need to uncheck “share screenshots with Dropbox”, or if you have Telegram it apparently quitting it works.
