Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

Aitch45 (@Aitch451) reported@AgentP22 I don't have a problem with a temporary Amazon Prime subscription. You can easily offset saved delivery charges with the monthly fee, so taxpayers aren't necessarily out of pocket. NowTV is a different kettle of fish though.

It’s beyond useless, I watched 2 episodes of Game of Thrones on it a few years back and gave up because it’s so horrifically bad it took about 40 minutes to actually start watching the show. I was promised it would be done Monday (yesterday) and an Engineer visit today. No visit and still not working! Further told to call Now TV on Friday if not fixed by Thursday!
