Such google for you device and add WiFi calling and go from there to get signal.

The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. 👍

The solution you have provided is to ring them via WiFi. The surgery only has landlines. Why can’t you fix the problem

The Alternative.Online (@TAlternativeO) reported@IvyTenebrae @O2 O2 was already bad in 2016, “nice” to see they have gotten worse. They lose cancellation laters even if sent as a certified shipment and don’t accept the legal proof they received it, claim one bought devices from them one never did. Not sure if they are unorganized or fraud.

I have reported it but would like to make you aware that this happens at least once a month and usually lasts around 3-4 days, so at best that’s around 36 days a year that you are getting paid for a service you are not delivering…

I have a response to this telling me to DM them but they keep getting so far and not replying to that either after asking me to get in touch to apparently sort it out. I've still not had a phone call where they haven't put the phone down.

The internal departments even don't have a clue.
