    @O2 I've been passed around all week, finally got through to the repair center & I have to wait AGAIN now, for another phone call that probably won't come! Literally the worst service i've ever received & i've had to cancel my trip home for xmas due having no phone! i'm so angry!

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    Hey @O2 I don’t really need to borrow anything from anyone but I’m stressing out about it none the less!! I won’t lose anything with my credit rating being so poor but there should be a responsibility by you to accept a mistake and not screw someone for SIX YEARS 2/3

    @O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

    @O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    So glad I took out a contract with @O2 earlier this year. Been trying to get a response about my phone being ridiculously slow to charge since end of April (not even two weeks old at that point)- nothing. willing to send a harassing letter when a payment is missed though! AVOID!

    @O2 still rubbish service at my work place... for months the service status shows a mast not working as it should and an engineer is on his way... I think he's gotten lost... can I claim a discount for it being so pants for so long? Thanks!

    @O2 hiya I just got a text I’ve used 80% of my data. And it will resent next month on the 11th of august. I had a bad experience with a massive bill before so want to add a bit more since I am flying to Spain on the 4th of august. I pay monthly- how can I add extra data please?
