128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@O2 Hey! Word of advice for your staff - do not be rude when someone calls you to tell you they’ve found a plan that’s half the price and is offering the same. Your pushy advisor was very rude and didn’t want to give me my PAC Code. Sort it out - won’t be coming back!

Folks. This seems to be a con: @O2 EU roaming only works if you have a 25Gb plan or above despite what is implied on their website. Confimed when I rang them so will be make a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority as quite scandalous and misleading.

@O2 trying to port my number to you from Vodafone. First I filled in the online form, but got a text saying "O2: Sorry, we are unable to process your port in request". Called customer services, they took all my details, now got the same text again. Do you know what's going wrong?
