Dear @O2, Today, we had a powercut, which, in turn, highlighted a big issue. The issue? A VERY, poor signal, barely "H+", with a short-lived, spattering of 4G. I do most of my social media interactions via WiFi, so I rarely notice the inadequate signal. CONT.....

@virginmedia @O2 what's the point Virgin is as bad as BT I was supposed to have Virgin Broadband & phone installed on Friday got told yesterday it was delayed til December 1st earliest with no reason as to why asked for a 5G router to get me by til then was put on hold for 20 mins then cut off.

@O2 Hi, my broadband has been down for the last 48 hours so I’m trying to rely on my 4G but it’s unusable. It’s taken me 10 minutes just to load my Twitter app & find your account to try & tweet this. Surely this isn’t normal with 4G? I’m in Stockport using an iPhone 11. Thanks!

Just beware everyone if buying a mobile phone from @MPD_Online check they can actually connect your service first now on day 11 of a new @O2 contract there not able to connect keep telling us connection is pending after 11 days you’d be forgiven for thinking it will never connect
