128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

Phone companies are not obliged to offer anything unless YOU use that oft lauded 'sovereignty' to introduce regulation to force them to do so! @BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Not free. EU roaming regulation capped the average wholesale charge that the visited network operator may levy on the roaming provider. Now that protection gone UK MNOs need to mitigate. Some passing the costs on as direct roaming charges, 02 pricing this in less transparent way.
