@snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Depending on your mobile, why not activate WiFi calling on your device where you can make calls through your virgin media router. Such google for you device and add WiFi calling and go from there to get signal.

@virginmedia @O2 Signal normal drops out due to signals from other routers would and can cloud your signal. The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. 👍

@O2 For 3 weeks now I’m unable to make phone calls from home because there is a fault with your mast. I need to contact my GP urgently. The solution you have provided is to ring them via WiFi. The surgery only has landlines. Why can’t you fix the problem

@O2 the service has been on and off for weeks! Last weekend was basically unusable as you were fixing a mast that you were apparently fixing and fixed the weekend before. That also made your network unusable. Woke up to no network this morning for a while. #evidenceforombudsman

@O2 Ok. So I have sent the PAC to Vodafone. I would like to cancel my direct debit so do I need to wait for the next payment to be taken? What date can I cancel it? Or will I be owed a refund?

@O2 at the beginning of May your app told me that I could get Disney plus for free on my plan, I clicked it and then it started charging me each month. I STILL can’t cancel the Disney plus plan even though you falsely advertised it. I’ve tried through the app and online.

Counting down the days until I can leave @O2 I never get signal, I can only use WiFi at home. What is the point in paying nearly £70 a month to only use a mobile phone at home. I might as well have a landline. I work in Central London, in this day an age a phone is needed. 😡

@O2 Hi. I have been trying to get through by phone to cancel my contract - hold times are too long and no response via online chat. How do I cancel without having to call? I have my PAC code and have transferred my number - is that enough?
