128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@O2 Hey! Word of advice for your staff - do not be rude when someone calls you to tell you they’ve found a plan that’s half the price and is offering the same. Your pushy advisor was very rude and didn’t want to give me my PAC Code. Sort it out - won’t be coming back!

@O2 why can't I speak to a manager to make a formal complaint. Why do I have to waste hours calling customer services to be cut off to be assured matter is dealt with numerous times to find it's not and a default notice sent. Extremely poor service. Please advise
