I ordered the 11 Pro 64gb in space grey. I’ve asked for an email address to make a formal complaint but all they can give me is a postal one

The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

Mike Dailly (@mikedailly) reported@PolicyScot @O2 Posh. When I was 19 I did the vendange in the Beaujolais mountains - grape picking. Did it for two years. Pay was poor but you could drink as much wine as you wanted while feasting on good food!

Mike Dailly (@mikedailly) reported@PolicyScot @O2 Mobile companies are terrible. You can set up an account in seconds but try and give notice to terminate a contract and you have to jump through hoops and hurdles. Often you have to telephone them. They don't make it easy.

A phone company cannot send me a digital copy? This seems quite bizarre....and not good service after many years with them.
