    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @DJChrisBerrow @O2 They know full well about contention issues in any busy area, especially data which can show full signal but with almost no speed. They've spent two years doing cheap deals and have sold beyond the capabilities of their infrastructure. Said Tim, on a cheap O2 contract..

    My dear god @O2 are soooooo bad. I've had an account for 20+ years I maintain a don't call them policy but 5 minutes of an automated phone system is unacceptable

    @O2 yet again the network in my area of CF43 is not working, it was only repaired around a month ago when it was down for 4 to 5 days and then it was intermittent for a couple of days later. Paying for a service which I can’t use unless on WI-FI, this is terrible service

    @O2 @o2help help needed. Voicemail notification, go to ring voicemail. No ringing at all just cancels the call. Please advise been going on fir a few weeks now.

    Once again @O2 proving what a shambles they are sat in a truck park with no connection even though my iPhone is showing 3 bars of 4g service. Reported it a number of times now no reasonable explanation given #shitservice

    @O2 Why is nobody answering the customer service phone number? I’ve called twice now.. it just rings and then cuts off! How do I speak to someone in customer service??

    Whatever you do, do not take out a contract with @O2 not only are they extremely overpriced, but their customer service is shocking! If you are due to renew and on o2, or looking a new contract, use uSwitch, FAR more better providers than o2 🙈
