    @O2 is there a fault in the TN263BN area? On your website it says that the service is working fully, but I’m getting 3G and also ‘E’. There has to be a fault? This isn’t normal service for this area.

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 I'm really disappointed with 02. Set up 2 new mobile plans as new customer. Sim expected next day -yesterday. Didn't arrive so expected today. Just had an email saying dispatched today arrival 2-3 days -too late. Not a good start. Maybe I should look for different provider.

    @O2 Getting through to you is a joke! Been at work till 8, tried to call you whilst working was on hold for almost an hour… No response. Tried calling now to be told it’s over an hours wait & you close at 9. What’s the point of having a customer service if you don’t answer! 🤬
