    @O2 Every time I do this, it just says “oops, there’s been an error” can’t even login to my account as I’ve forgotten the password, and can’t reset the password because it sends a text to my phone, which has been blocked… so can’t receive this text.

    @o2 the incompetence of your reps is shocking. I have been trying to resolve a simple number transfer issue for 19 days with almost 20 hours on the phone. No one seems to be able to do their job. Avoid O2 at all costs, unless you want to deal with terrible customer service.

    @O2 Day 75 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    Hi @o2. I’ve had no coverage for 24 hrs. I can’t call you, as I have no signal. You don’t respond to emails. Your chat bot wants me to log into my account, which I can’t do, because I can’t receive the verification text. Can you help?
