And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 Please could you give me a number I can call to speak to customer services about something slightly more involved than your automated call handling system can manage? I've tried numerous ways to navigate the options but whatever I choose it just says "OK, bye!" and hangs up.

.@O2 How can a customer (since 2001) get you to deal with a problem? I need to stop paying for a dongle I have never used or even know how to use. It is out of contract but, after 3 months I STILL can’t get anyone to stop payments on it. HELP.

@O2 how difficult can it be to settle my device plan? Apparently, incredibly difficult. Nobody to talk to, nobody available on chat, automated 202 number is useless and can’t do it online. Your customer service used to be excellent, since joining with Virgin you’re now useless!
