And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 what a bloody surprise…..been trying to log in to priority to book Peter Kay tickets and would you believe it, the site keeps crashing. Priority, you’re having a laugh! Impossible and time for a network change immediately! You’re going to lose more and more customers 🙄

@O2 So, rather than keep people hanging on waithing for all things to load, the sensible option would be to cancel the pre-sale for now and advise a re-schedule when the website and App is actually prepared for the demand and actually working?
