    And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

    @cagedKitty_ @O2 Thank you.. it wasn't so much there was an issue with the automated system, it was the fact that noone seemed to want to resolve it for me and I was passed round for ages with everyone passing the buck.

    Appalling customer service from @O2 earlier today. Between the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing, to rude staff, to no callbacks, being put on hold numerous times & ignored just absolutely rubbish!! 🙈
