Fantastic @Virgin and @O2 are now together as one ......... so my crap Internet at home and even worse (5g) barely 3g phone can be really bad together as one

  • MGDriver Tim Holdsworth (@MGDriver) reported

@O2 @virginmedia Why? I swore I'd never deal with Virgin Media after they dug up my drive without asking, for a cable I didn't ask for. I've been a loyal O2 customer since the BT Celnet days, no-one I know has anything good to say about Virgin. #brandimageruined

  • sepezz Rich 🇪🇺 🇬🇧 (@sepezz) reported

@O2 Hi can you tell me what the rate is for calling an 00800 number from the UK on your network?

  • pickled_tinker Ian Grody (@pickled_tinker) reported

@Ofcom @O2 Done. I will also be involving their ADR over the customer services (or rather, lack thereof). Thanks.

  • Mirrorscream Mark (@Mirrorscream) reported

@O2 now you have announced you are with virgin, ig atleast explains my signal issues for the last 6 months.good to get an eeason to why i only have 2 bars at best and the 4g is a thing of myth. Wouldn't it be better to bring everything up to high standard, not settle for 2nd rate

  • sarahmariex Sarah Jolley ♔ (@sarahmariex) reported

@s_onward @O2 @virginmedia I’m sorry to hear that!! Personally I find VM customer service absolutely shocking but I’ve always found o2 very helpful. I just hope this merge doesn’t change things. 🤞🏼 the problem is this merge will all be about money and not us the customers.

  • AbiClarey Abi (@AbiClarey) reported from Stockport, England

@O2 I seem to never have any internet access anywhere, even when showing 4G nothing loads and no WhatsApp’s come through

  • RichieH37745130 Richie Hall (@RichieH37745130) reported from Leeds, England

@snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Depending on your mobile, why not activate WiFi calling on your device where you can make calls through your virgin media router. Such google for you device and add WiFi calling and go from there to get signal.

  • RichieH37745130 Richie Hall (@RichieH37745130) reported from Leeds, England

@virginmedia @O2 Signal normal drops out due to signals from other routers would and can cloud your signal. The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. 👍

  • RichieH37745130 Richie Hall (@RichieH37745130) reported

@snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Okay I would sugguest is login to the router and change the channel of the 2.4ghz and 5ghz. There is app called WiFi analyser. It will scan networks (access points) around you. Other routers on the same channel the app will show you your best channel to be on. Trust me it works
