  @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

  @O2 for months now will have been dealing with VMO2 tech support as I am unable to access my o2 account. Security code gets sent to some unknown phone no which is not mine then it asks me to enter account recovery words which I don't have.

  @JaneEyreAtHeart @O2 Had the same issue? Received a text saying 80% of data used. Same message a week later and 36 hours after that no data. O2 are denying there’s any issue but I know of other people who are losing data overnight when it’s not been used.

  @O2 trying to get a new esim profile as I have a new handset and can't get through. Been on hold 40 minutes each time for past few days. Live help says they can't help. This is frustrating.

  @O2 Been with you 18 yrs never had an issue but when upgrading my phone ive been offered nothing that a first time customer is being offered. What do you offer loyal customers? May as well go and get a better deal with another company as you don't value your long term customers
