@velodrome100 @O2 Was the grain of sand that kept me with them despite multiple issues....50p coffee each week (they charge for the special coffees or syrups even if you go small so Cost is less)

@O2 and say i dont pass security questions and that i need to go into store . A ) i never asked for the contrct b) i never used the sim an put immediately in bin . c) i phoned customer services on 28/3 and account was cancelled and all cleared d) i am not wasting anymore time going

A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

@O2 i was set up with a new SIM card thorugh @virginmedia. I never asked for the SIM or wanted the SIM . i phoned @02 on 28/3 to cancel the SIM ( which was approved ). i was then sent "red" letters by you demanding payment. tel customer services are unable to clear

@O2 Hello team! Pls help!! Can only receive inbound calls etc. Spoke to team early this AM it’s because I’ve been selected for 5g??? and as this is pending, it can take 24 hours to ‘turn off’ I’ve neither requested this nor asked for this, and can’t make calls.. Can we expedite?

@O2 weighing in here, I know you guys don't have direct control (your support team here are incredible), but I'd like to voice my severe disappointment in O2's decision to remove the weekly Nero -> monthly. Nothing keeping me at O2 now.

@O2 I've been sat on hold with your customer service agent for 31mins to sort a billing problem out with @VirginMedia_TV pathetic. I think he may have gone home . I'm losing the will to live
