Cowboy network. I pay @O2 for my service, yet when I try to call my vulnerable patents I am told I gave no network. Someone is making money here!

@O2 Its the same almost everywhere. To get a good connection have to try and find a wifi connection. On 4G its really slow speeds as you can see from the screenshot.

@VodafoneUK I have been a Vodafone customer for about 17 years. My contract ended so I went to PAYG during lock down. Just tried to move to SIM only contract to be told it is not possible. Hi @O2 can we chat?

Be wary of ordering new contracts from @O2 - despite cancelling before the order was despatched, and repeated calls assuring me this had been cancelled, I have now received a bill for the entire device plan despite never receiving the phone. Really poor.

@O2 Hi, unfortunately I did not receive an email or text. I logged it on Chrome on my O2, added it as an extra and added my name, date of birth and email, but I've had no email unfortunately. It's let me sign up but then when I try sign in, that's when it asks for card information
