And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@gamstonlad @SimonEddell @O2 I always blame the weather if it’s windy, hot cold or thundery it always seems worse. I wonder if it is possible? Will be a good excuse “leaves on the network” straight out of the British rail training manual

@SimonEddell @O2 They are all the same I’m afraid, think it’s just too many phones being used. Not sure if this is true but someone once told me some masts are turned off to save costs & unless people kick off about signal they don’t get switched back on.

Trying to change my phone Tarriff on @O2 (to actually give them more money), and it can’t be done online… Need to call but their website is just massive circular labyrinth which never actually gives me a contact number. Why make it so difficult?

Anyone else think that their @O2 signal is getting worse? Dead spots where there never used to be, signal keeps dropping out and 3G when we used to get 4G.

@WorldWidePaz @O2 I love O2 also…. They really do look after their customers. They have so much to offer through the Priority app. No offer network is so rewarding?
