And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 Since 22/12/2025, there has been an ongoing technical issue with a nearby mast which has resulted in loss of all voice/messaging/data service. I have also contacted you via DM but received no response. Can you please contact me so you can take action on the matter?

@Coxy847 @O2 @youfibre I pay for 4 EE contracts for my family and we can hardly ever have an uninterrupted call due to signal loss. Never improves year after year, we just keep paying for the same crap service!

Disgusted with the attitude on @O2 csll service. Contract has been up3 months but they are still sending me bills. How many times do I have to tell you I DO NOT WANT IT ANYMORE? Paid extra bills for something I do not want . Now I have been told I have to pay £25 connection fee.

@O2 I've been without mobile data for a week now, paying for a service I don't have. The network tracker says that a tower is down in my area. When can I expect this to be fixed? I can't use the O2 app go report because it wants to use the O2 network and not the WiFi!

@O2 I urgently need to speak to someone about fraud that happened on my account that was supposed to be resolved yet over £200 has come out of my bank - I am not even an O2 customer!!!
