@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

@O2 Hi my wife and I both got a request for a security code we didn't request yesterday followed by a call from yourselves or someone claiming to be yourselves asking for said code even though it said in the message never give out the code. Was this legitimate or a scam??

I’m in South Africa. The reason for high phone use was to sort out flights, cars etc. It’s a stressful time with great uncertainty. Answer your calls and stop putting the phone down on people. Absolutely shocking behaviour!!! Not good enough. I expect better @O2 2/2
