And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 please get the issue fixed.. I've no signal,when I get a signal it's dropped again.. this is so frustrating.. you take £10 off me every single month.. for a nearly none existent signal?

@AngleseyPete @O2 02 have just grown to big and like most companies start loosing contact with their customers. What they really want of course is low hanging fruit. Easy dumb customers who just pay and barely use the network. I had 3 sims cancelled 3 and went to EE.

@O2 Ive been a loyal customer 4 yrs & Im left feeling beyond disappointed by the service received. Totally inadequate & on the brink of moving 2 @VodafoneUK. Why is an upgrade THIS hard 4 you? Not happy & wont B staying if this is not resolved by 2moro.
