And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 I've been on the phone for 1.5hrs, bounced around depts trying to return a faulty S21 handset within 30 days to be told you no longer stock it. I can have a previously returned handset, or cancel my contract & take out a new, more expensive contract, on an inferior handset.

@O2 I'm really, REALLY struggling with WiFi on the London Underground. Worked fine with my Samsung, not working at all on my new Pixel6. Virgin Media WiFi says I need to register. WiFi Extra needs a password which the Samsung didn't. MyO2 shows I am registered... 1/2
