    Been with @EE for around 10 years, the last year I've had a faulty Sony Xperia 5 II. The 3 repair then replace policy is a joke. 3rd time in for repair for its 2nd main board replacement which won't solve the issue. Spouse is with @O2 and they replaced instantly 😵

    @O2 Not to my recollection, no. Never. This seems very fraudulent and quite scary. I have never authorised use of my name in connection with you.
