  Tip for @O2 UK customers with a 5g phone coming to Italy. If you find you only get a pathetic Vodafone Edge connection try changing the network settings to 3g only and manually connecting to Wind. I now get full 3g.

  @O2 I tried to see my account usage and billing and payments on the My O2 app, and it's saying that it can't load at this time. There are no updates due on it, and I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again but the same issue is happening? Can anyone help?

  @O2 My data has been terrible recently, constantly on and off. Bad enough that my wifi doesn't work when I'm home, without having to try and connect to mobile data that doesn't work either 😩
