And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 It’s just not good enough! Can’t get on priority AT ALL, can’t even get onto the O2 website to complain!!!! I suppose you’ve all just given up then at O2 as a whole? Totally unacceptable service! Touts have managed to get hold of tickets though 🤔

@O2 All a little bit of a joke really isn’t it. All day I’ve got to the page wanting to send me a code and then kicked out. There’s only so many times you can say keep trying or people are getting tickets and it still not working for the majority. How can it still be this bad?..
