@O2 You send me a message to say my bill is ready to view I go to myO2 and login it displays my name in top right hand corner then tells me I have no devices then continually asks me to login still showing me as logged on I tried several times always the same

@O2 @cafeyn_uk CAFEYN IS AN EXTREMELY RUBBISH SERVICE. I ONLY GOT TO KNOW THIS BECAUSE IT WAS AN O2 ADD ON. WHEN I CLICKED THE LINK SENT BY O2 IT MADE ME LINK IT TO MY PAYPAL. CAFEYN CHARGED ME FOR A FREE SERVICE SINCE DAY 1 AND DOESNT WANT TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK

@O2 I need help, I got my bills setup as instalments and I've been paying them exactly as the agent on the phone said to. Yet I'm still getting harassing emails saying I need to pay a termination fee or else very threateningly.
