And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

Utterly disgusted with @O2 lack of response to 2 emails sent to credit file referrals! This is YOUR mistake and now we can’t sort our mortgage! After looking online I can see we aren’t the only ones either! Absolutely livid! @MarkEvansO2 can you please help us?
