    @O2 I’ve been waiting for over a week to have my old number transferred to my new O2 account. And I’m now without mobile data or signal. Online chat’s being of no help. Who can I speak with to get this resolved?

    I’ve been an @O2 customer for more than twenty years; longer than they’ve existed in fact - my contract began with BT Genie. I’ve had a tech issue with them for over six months, which they’ve promised to resolve multiple times, and haven’t. I’ve never even received a call back.

    @O2 what's going on with the network, been pretty much no signal for 10 days BB9 and next update on 8th April. Will I get a refund for this month? Whole family uses O2 and have young children that may need to contact in an emergency but are unable to #nosignal

    @O2 @O2 - I have cancelled my contract during the cooling off period due to your awful Customer Experience services. I no longer have the o2 SIM and need my port out PAC code for my new provider. Can you just provide it please!!! Via email not text as I no longer have a o2 SIM!

    @O2 what the hell is going on with the network!!! Why is it constantly dropping out! Missing calls and calls being cut off! Sort the network out! This has been happening since 22nd March!!!!!

    Fraud case raised in November, raised 3 times, told it would be 30 days, 8 emails, 3 letters of complaint, many, many phone calls. @o2 still “not” written to confirm what’s happening..over 15 horrific letters threatening him. @o2 make contact and sort this please.
