  @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

  @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

  @O2 I just tried to use the QR codes provided in priority app in Greggs and was told that they do not take screenshots of the codes. I do this in advance as I don’t always get a signal when in the shop. Is this a policy? The code can only be used once so I don’t see the issue?

  @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.
