@O2 The navigation and it doesn't work properly in any event. And your call centre lines are jammed or hang up on you. And your contract renewal hotline doesn't work.

@EE I don't get the benefit of features of things I never use but should pay £696 over 24 months with 10GB? I can buy phone for £119 from @O2 get @EE £15 PAYG with 30GB sim which would cost £479 over the two years (£200 cheaper). Why is Pay Monthly so much more expensive again?

@O2 The weather was so bad I had to come down, it's ok I had full PPE on. I had a look at the network status it had no faults, I'm now back home where the signal is super duper quick again. I'm not sure if weather has an impact on the signal but it was bad where I was.

Been hung up on 3 times by @O2, each time after a 13-18 minute wait. To sort out a day one problem . That’s a billable hour of trouble shooting
