@O2 hello, signal is becoming really poor in Leeds. I can hardly use my phone in the city centre for 4G or 3G and coverage in LS7 is full of black spots. I’m currently sat in my living room with one bar of signal - it never used to be this bad.

Just been told "f*** you" by an @O2 customer service rep because I was trying to get a PAC code for my lad to transfer his phone to another supplier. So I closed ALL my accounts. #CustomerService #FuckO2

@O2 Just to let you know, & further to other comments online… while I think O2 Priority is brilliant for the rare stuff I usually use (Nero, competitions *and almost nothing else*, to be honest)… …I’ve NEVER been able to get the Odeon thing to work; codes *never* work for me.
