@O2 I have to give DPD 5 working days to look for it and if they can't find it a replacement will be sent. Very disappointing service from DPD and as I leave the country on 29th, it doesn't look like I will have my phone before

@O2 I’ve never been able to use 3G in France in the past couple of months. ANYWHERE in France. I didn’t even have any in Paris, or any other major french area!

@O2 o2 are absolutely shocking they won’t help me to reinstate my services untill full amount is paid im a single mum with a 2 year old I can’t be with out a phone the person on the phone was very rude not happy I don’t recommend

Dear @O2: 19 months ago I got a new phone. Instead of giving me 128MB in storage as requested, I got 64MB. I’m paying for more & have now run out of storage. I need to bring in my phone to a London store to sort but your online customer service is an absolute nightmare. #help

@O2 the sales of goods act protects customers who have been sold faulty items or misold products that are not fit the for purpose for which they are sold my phone is just over a month old and Bluetooth doesn't work properly,poor signal and the battery crap #poorcustomerservice
