    And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

    @O2 Interesting to note that according to last year's annual report, @o2 invested around £750m in the network and still managed to rake in profits of £581m. Yet they absolutely need to raise their prices.

    @O2 I’ve called your customer service and I’ve done everything they’ve told me to do and as I can see I’m having the same issues. It’s affecting my work as I constantly be on my phone and Canva as a graphic designer on the go when needed. And you let me down. I’m actually angry

    @O2 I’ve been sent a new SIM card but so far in an hour you’ve text me 23 times with just my phone number. I’ve just tried calling but have been hung up on. Can you help? Thanks

    @O2 I have been with you for like 10 years and In the past 3 months especially the last month nothing works. Calls fail every 4 minutes in various areas. 5G never works, forever loading, I have 100gb and it feels like I’m in 1950s with no data. I’ve called…. (TBC)

    @O2 I've been trying for 3 days now to give you my Vodafone PAC code to port my number on to my new O2 sim. I've been hung up on once, and twice told that you have system problems & to call back the next day. How long will your systems be down for??

    @O2 hey folks, looking for some help. Set up and bought new monthly contract & phone with you guys yesterday. Got all legal docs & order email, heard nothing since, nothing delivered today & when I go to track my order it says I don't have anything..bit concerned.
