    Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

    Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

    @O2 Worst #O2Priority experience ever. Unprecedented demand I get but not unexpected surely. System just not up to it. Have tried all day and not got in once. Logging in would have been considered a success. Given the number already on resale some people will be making a mint

    @Hayls_85 @O2 The problem is, the tickets for O2 priority were actually listed on AXS (for London) and Gigs & Tours (rest of UK), you logged in the App to verify your account, then you click a special link to the relevant website, people were just sharing this link and bypassing the O2 App
