Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

@O2 you have literally the WORST customer service I have ever known. I am on my 4th call into O2 for an issue which was not my fault and I have been told would be sorted your end yet surprise surprise it hasn’t been sorted!!! So angry.
