@O2 I keep reporting slow data or no data signal regularly over the past few weeks, a mast has been regularly down then had a text to say its fixed but still having issues

Good job @O2 the network improvement work is complete and 4g is worse and 3 and 4g are near unusable #downgrade

@chris_greany @VodafoneUK Vodafone are well known for their appalling service. I've found @O2, although more expensive, to be spot on with customer service.

@O2 Thanks for your dm, only 2 days late. It's not a problem with my sim or phone, it's the o2 network, as you know from all your customers on here who have reported the same problem. It seems to be sorted now anyway, no thanks to the twitter team.

Absolutely disgusted with @O2. Phone went in for repair, phone sent back, fault still on phone, o2 won't help. Offered a refurbished phone expecting me to pay the same monthly fee for my year old phone. Offered no help & expecting me to continue paying for a faulty phone. 🤬🤬🤬

@O2 I can’t enter text competitions from my phone. I’ve only just switched over to O2 and so far you’ve been nothing but unhelpful. I’ve phoned up about this issue 3 times and no one has resolved it.
