@chris_greany @VodafoneUK Vodafone are well known for their appalling service. I've found @O2, although more expensive, to be spot on with customer service.

@O2 Hi, need help, I upgraded my package with Virgin Media towards end of March and it included an O2 SIM card, I had a message saying it would be with me in 1-3 working days, that was over a month ago and still no sim. Already paid one direct debit and 2nd will be due soon.

@O2 Had an issue with that free Nero drink today. They didn’t let me use it for a drink that was inc in the offer. Very unimpressed I had to spend £4 I shouldn’t have spent when I should of been able to use the code.

@O2 what’s happening with your signal recently, can barely get signal anymore been a customer for 13 + years and never had issues but these last few months have been horrendous, literally never get signal anymore
