@AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

@O2 a bar was put on my daughter’s phone 4 weeks ago. Promises that it would be lifted in 24 hrs. Lifted briefly and put back on. 4 appts for a manager to call but no call. Apparently one called the number of the barred phone. Very poor customer service. 1/2

@BlandRoy @O2 exactly the same, even given an individual from the fraud department direct email... loads of promises, but after first contact. nothing, no reply to any emails etc. gone from a perfect score, right at the time of mortgage application.. outrageous Lack of service.taking further

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!
