    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    @VodafoneUK worse thing I ever did was join Voda network I should have never let @o2 was with them for years and been with you guys since January and I wanna pull my hair out now. Always having problems with 3G well I want out now

    @O2 It says I’m not connected. Yes calls and texts are still working. I have tried…. Manually selecting another network. Rebooting the phone. Comparing all settings to a friend who also has iPhone and O2. Nothing is working

    @O2 I'm transferring from another provider and have received my PAC and new O2 sim card. How do I give this info to you? Getting nowhere with online chat and my local O2 store won't help because I applied for the sim online.

    @O2 have now had a manager hang up on me because I’ve proven advisors have lied and hung up on me when I’ve asked questions or expressed I’m disgusted with their service. Does @MarkEvansO2 know his company is a disgrace with 0 compassion for customers with critically ill parents?

    Is it possible to leave a network due to appalling service. Renewed my contract with @O2 and the service since has been dreadful. Intermittent data and having to constantly turn airplane mode on and off to get a data connection is simply, not good enough.

    @O2 I have sent a DM I’ve been trying to get help on WhatsApp and still no further in getting help or sorted. Might be better then if we go with the Vodafone deal we’ve been offered instead.
