    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    @O2 Just changed my wife’s plan from Virgin to O2, I want to change the number to original virgin number. We have the PAC code. I called 3 times on Saturday, horrendous service, cut off in 1st call, 2nd call didn’t do what we asked. 3rd call no idea if they did what we asked.

    @O2 @phroobin We have not had O2 here in Yorkshire the whole day - neither cell (which is normally pretty poor anyway) or over wifi. Just in time for Mother's day!
