@O2 hi my O2 number on my pay as you go phone has been disconnected because I only use it when absolutely necessary. An agent was reconnecting it when I was on another phone with them but I lost the connection after 40 mins on the call!! Can you please help and sort this out asap

@O2 SUCH INCOMPETENCE!!! Yesterday you sent my upgrade to an old address, then I spoke to a manager, he got the right address wrong and the dpd driver did not deliver today. And I'm paying for your mistakes!!! Awful customer service, AWFUL!
