@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

@O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

@O2 Comes to something when the 1st nuisance caller u have to bar is your mobile service provider, 3 calls in 24 hours, if I don't answer the 1st take the hint. Yes my contract is up for renewal but please use email/post so I can decide when to respond. Prob won't stay 02 now ..

Can’t believe the customer experience I just had with @O2. 35 minutes with an agent that didn’t have any confidence in what they were doing, and then refused to let me speak to a supervisor because they were “in a meeting”. Why is the supervisor not supervising?
