First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

It has been broke now for 5 weeks, the situation is ridiculous & needs esculating to highest priority as nobody seems to care. It was meant to be fixed 17/02. It is still broke. Phone is useless at the moment

Joined O2 via Virgin in December and despite trying all ways to activate including calling O2- still nothing. Am paying £10 a month and cannot get O2 account activated/access Disney etc. please help!
