    Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    @O2 you would be concerned to know how many times I have thrown my phone at the wall because I can’t get through to your customer service support 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯!!! That bloody machine cannot understand what I say!!! How do I get through to customer service 😤😤🤯

    @scotts_camera @O2 @Ofcom Yes my boyfriend is in the exact same position, can't call or text or receive calls or texts even wifi calling which he should have doesn't work

    any customers of @O2 in the UK had any recent customer service experiences? my wife and I have both had to contact them in the past few days and WOW it’s been a horrendous experience sure it didn’t used to be like this?

    @O2 got a new Pay as you go SIM card. It's not expired and my phone shows a signal, but when I register the number so I can then top up etc the verification codes aren't coming through. Any advise?

    @O2 Perhaps you can explain to me why I've been charged this month for an iphone fraudulently ordered in my name. A case you said had been resolved a month ago yet despite a one hour phone call to your team this issue is still ongoing - Appalling service - not impressed 🙁

    @O2 I signed up yesterday but my existing mobile number was typed incorrectly so I’m not receiving the Myo2 activation code because it’s being sent to an incorrect number - I’ve tried to call Customer Support but I can’t receive the verification code because my number is wrong

    Having issues with my 02 priority tickets at Vue. @O2 please help it says the code has been redeemed on the Vue website but it hasn’t and I have 3 kids upset they can’t watch Mario tomorrow!
