    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    @O2 I cancelled an order on Sunday and still haven't had a refund and now I've had a message from DHL telling me my phone is being delivered today. I've already spoken to 4 people on your "customer service" team....how many more before someone sorts this out

    @O2 Joined O2, had terrible network and internet connectivity. No incoming messages. Wanted to leave but no PAC code sent due to no incoming messages. Finally managed to get PAC code through email and left o2. Now i have early termination charges due to incorrect account closure

    I feel robbed!!! Walked into #caffenero to relax with a nice flat white, opened up my @O2 Priority app…….a sign on the counter saying “network troubles, unable to accept O2 priority”. Arrggghhh, I’ve already activated my voucher!!!!! 😩😩😩 Any worse feeling than that???
