But because I didn’t experience it in first 14 days nothing can be done. Pity. As nothing will be done to help with 2 affected phones we will be seriously considering moving 7 contracts

I had a look at the network status it had no faults, I'm now back home where the signal is super duper quick again. I'm not sure if weather has an impact on the signal but it was bad where I was.
