@almaraabgarian @O2 I don't even want to speak to them at the moment with how stressed I feel having spent almost an hour and half in store and the manager refused to help cause of an error made by o2 customer service. He told me I should complain haha.

Warning to any potential @O2 customers looking to sign up on the basis of their coverage map indicating good signal where you live. If it turns out that you don’t get a good signal after all, O2 response is pretty much “tough”. Drop-out in most calls. :-(

@RevRichardColes @O2 I’m with Vodafone and have resolved problems by similar means - they call “have you tried switching or off and on again?” A ‘live reboot’ - which at least preserves a bit of dignity: “I had to perform a live reboot” sounds so much more tech savvy ...

@O2 called o2 to get plan for Iwatch. Waited 30 minutes to be connected. Had to explain how iwatch plan worked, then was cut off - no call back. Amazing customer service at O2
