    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

    @O2 I want to cancel my 30 day plan sim with yourselves. I don't want to wait hours on hold on the phone. I'm fed up of the monthly charges secretly increasing, without any notice, despite being on unlimited! I can get a cheaper deal elsewhere!

    Appalling customer service from both @dhlparceluk and @O2. Phone addressed to and delivered to wrong address. Signed for by DHL driver himself. Deliver to an unoccupied house!!! Nobody calling me back to resolve the situation. What do I do now??? @O2 what do I do now??

    @O2 How do I make a formal complaint. It’s absolutely shocking the quality of your network. Daughter on EE, no issues, Son on Vodaphone, no issues. Wife and I with full signal on 4G, unusable.

    @O2 customer service is actually shocking like I’m absolutely fuming. Absolutely waste of time 30 minutes on the phone to be speaking to someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing!!! I want this resolved now!
