@fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

@HoulihanFinn @O2 It's ridiculous. I had similar issues when I switched to O2 in July, but not as bad. Mine simply took 8 days and 3 calls to their customer service. But I don't think that was a technical issue, more staff incompetence not submitting the request the 1st two times. (1/2)

@Grahamfire67 @O2 Thanks Graham, good point well made, will try to remember that, and stick with the old phone that I'm only upgrading because it's a couple years old and the battery doesn't last as long as it used to. First World problems eh?
