    OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

    @O2 your customer service is shocking atm! Try to go into a store to pay off a device plan, told I can’t do that, trying to call and the automated service just re routes and then hangs up. So frustrating and making me wish I hadn’t bothered buying my phone through you!

    @O2 hi, we’ve had connection 3G /4G issues since this morning. Update on your app has been ‘it’s likely we’ve got engineers out’ since 9am. Any chance of a more detailed update as we use a data connection to work from home - as we have no access to reliable broadband.

    @O2 are the worst phone company I have ever came across I haven’t had a contract with them since last year and they still charge me every month for a contract that was cancelled and I’d paid in full. I’ve rang 8 times now and I’ve had every single person put the phone down on me
