    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    So called @O2 to speak to someone with a general query, apparently this is no longer possible. This is unfair for the people who have no access to the internet! I understand there being a wait time due to it not being urgent but to have the phone just hang up is a bit of a joke

    As if @O2 have said the reason my 4G is shockingly slow and non existent majority of the time is down to thickness of the walls or too many people around me!!?? Imagine being with a company for 12 years and getting that **** service? Time to leave.. #poorservice

    OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

    @O2 Understood, for a day or two that would make sense. But service down for over a week with no timescale for resolution as you have said, is pretty poor you must admit. Oh well we continue to pay the bill for a service we can’t use. 🙄

    @JimsterSeventy1 @p1anetmatt @O2 I ordered a new o2 sim to replace my ee as waa cheaper. Had terrible coverage in my house, like sub 1mbps so had to send back. Map also shows green for my house. EE signal is 5 bars top speed 🤷

    @VMO2News @virginmedia @O2 Worst company I have ever dealt with, waiting for a call back from customer service for over 2 months after Fraudulently being signed up for a 18mth contract without my knowledge by a member of their staff!! Called them 9 times and no one ever calls you back. Avoid at all costs!

    @O2 upgraded my phone yesterday and have not been able to get incoming calls since. Outgoing is fine. Tried to chat online but 'too busy' apparently. Then call and wait for over half an hour then when they answer they cut me off. NO call back. Really poor service 😢 #o2
