    Incredibly #disappointed with the service received on @O2 chat this evening think they may need #CustomerService training ! Very standard robotic reply’s maybe it was a robot 😂

    OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

    @O2 customer service is the worst. Adding on extra charges for no reason, then thinking I’m going to compensate for your mistake that you claimed YOU rectified two months in a row. Was meant to get confirmation in email and still haven’t received anything. Lines are now closed😑

    @smalltimedread @O2 @O2liverpool Yes it turned up around 3 weeks ago. I also got my Buds. You should still be able to claim the buds if you pre-ordered it on Feb 14th. The buds offer is made from the Samsung website not directly O2. Definitely speak to someone. I'd prob ring customer services.

    @O2 I'm getting, Not registered on network' message. I believe this is caused because I dud an oune chat earlier, requesting a 5g sim. I was to wait fir the sim to arrive and do a simswap, but it seems my network has been cancelled in error. Please can you switch back on.

    @O2 my parents are going through a mountain of pain trying to fix a signal issue that no one in your customer service team wants to resolve. Having been with you since BT Cellnet days, I'm considering moving my entire families accounts to another network provider. So poor..
