My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Order new phone and they try to deliver 100 mls away, spent 2 hours on phone and they attempt redelivery only for it to end up 100 mls away again at the same destinatio. This has taken a week to sort and still no new phone, hence to say I've now cancelled said new phone and now looking at new new phone provider, By the way this is not a knee jerk reaction, months of poor signal and network have been part of my decision to leave, the latest ***** up, being the straw that broke the camels back!
