    @O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of ยฃ1950!! Bravo ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป couldnโ€™t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

    @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

    @O2 I have spoken to store and found out it was collected Tuesday, they believe that it will be a replacement, can you give me some timescales on this please as due to medical needs I am lost without my watch, I would add it has never functioned correctly since December!

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mumโ€™s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @O2 I am sick and tired of not being able to make payment online or in the app because of your absolute shambles of a payment system, a system that you ironically upgraded last year telling us all that it would improve the system that had been around for years and years. The phrase โ€œif it ainโ€™t broke, donโ€™t fix itโ€ springs to mind. For the record tickets have been raised to your back office teams by your CS over and over and not one has ever been replied to or acted on.
