    @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

    @O2 I’m not sure what number it is that you want. My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Luckily she’s able to go into the Brighton store

    @pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

    Been subjected to the worst episode of customer service I’ve know with @O2 5 calls, inconsistent advice each time. Most ironic thing is that the hold music, apart from being shite, sounds like it’s being played under water and is turned up to 11. It’s a phone company. Jeez.

    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @O2 I returned a faulty product on 25/1/23 and a refund was due to be processed on 25/1/23. I have called your CS team on two separate occasions since, and each time the refund has been promised within 3-5 days. Needless to say the refund has not been received. Please help!

    @O2 now very fed up. All i want to do is transfer my account to an esim on another phone. Tried two shops (Chesterfield and Derby) both failed. Called 202, promised an esim pack via email - nothing. Now my sim is blocked and you continue to take my money. PLEASE HELP
