    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @O2 here we go again. In the same room as my Virgin router and I have a measly ONE bar of reception. I’m equidistant between masts in the middle of Brighton. Dreadful service.

    Wanted to get the new IPhone 11, as I’m well over my upgrade time with @O2 but again it’s far cheaper to get a new contract or go with EE then upgrade. I’ll never understand why companies don’t give loyal customers (been with them since o2 started) a better or same deal.

    @pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

    Been subjected to the worst episode of customer service I’ve know with @O2 5 calls, inconsistent advice each time. Most ironic thing is that the hold music, apart from being shite, sounds like it’s being played under water and is turned up to 11. It’s a phone company. Jeez.

    @O2 I’ve been trying to port my number over and I’ve had no signal for almost 24 hours but the goalposts keep getting moved by the call centre. First it was by 6 pm then by morning then by the time I lost signal now by 6pm today. Why different answers?

    @O2 Hello, on Monday I started the procedure to transfer my number to O2. The number was transferred yesterday (Tuesday), but while I can send SMS, I cannot receive any SMS. Can you please fix it as I need to receive SMS daily for verification purposes such as bank and other apps
