    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    Been subjected to the worst episode of customer service I’ve know with @O2 5 calls, inconsistent advice each time. Most ironic thing is that the hold music, apart from being shite, sounds like it’s being played under water and is turned up to 11. It’s a phone company. Jeez.

    @O2 I’m not sure what number it is that you want. My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Luckily she’s able to go into the Brighton store

    @O2 mobile data is once again just about usable. The foliage in the clump of trees between me and the mast must be dropping. We've had ZERO signal here for the past 3-4 months despite the coverage checker saying "good indoors and outdoors" for 2G, 3G and 4G.

    @DisneyPlusUK @O2 why did I get a payment issue pop up on my Disney+ when I’m paying through my O2 and I’m not even paying until next year anyway as that was part of the deal with O2? There shouldn’t be a payment issue then. No issues before until now? Was it just a trick?

    @mrbio1984 @VodafoneUK @O2 Stick with three. I'm lucky to get 1mbps with useless Vodafone. Absolute joke. Also no WiFi on the underground and roaming charges. Never using them again.

    @O2 issue in the network it’s always says “no service” in my apartment come on offer wifi calling right now i did speak with your staff in Kings road store and told them about that issue they’ve said we can’t do anything right now i might move to EE or Vodafone if this situation-
