@Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

@GrahamCollinsUK @O2 Last time I flew to Germany my phone did not automatically connect to the network, then manually selected the network and phone connected just fine, afterwards I switched back to automatic network selection and kept on working.
