    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 If that’s the case, why haven’t I and many others been able to get mobile internet in the centre of Harrogate for months? It’s not even like it comes and goes, it just never works! Everything I check the network issues page there is always a fault which is being fixed…?

    @O2 been trying to phone but after being on hold for 30 mins the call was then dropped as soon as I was telling her the issue. My student discount hasn’t been added & I’ve paid 2 bills already

    @O2 keep trying to get me to upgrade, ive had nothing but a crap service tbh id sooner be on PAYG gaff gaff My bill is 65 a month thats staying within my unlimited calls text and data...self explanatory tbh..... Absolute rip off im out...
