@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@dhlexpressuk I ordered a package through my mobile contract provider @O2 he other day, I was very happy to see their usual delivery service was changed to your company. The experience was like night and day....from order to delivery, I knew where my item was in the process.

@O2 I have tried so many times to contact and sort out data sharing in my account and it never happens - now after saying I am leaving o2 I get through to someone finally - then I get cut off! Why don’t they call me back they have my number??? I have cleared your security check!!
