    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

I tried logging in on different phones and on laptop and just had the same issue every time - looping back to the login page instead of letting me log in. Be shocking if I miss out cos your website is so bad.

    @O2 I ordered a phone on the train today and only found out you need ID after. I have a copy on my phone, you can check with my work and I will be getting rid of this phone in an hour!!!!!! What ******** am I meant to do?!!!!!

    @O2 rpi + 3.9% is probably one the largest increases I have seen. companies that care would adjust to cpi or reduce the 3.9 and squeeze their profit margin for the benefit of their customer. Rather short sighted… do you think we don’t understand the compound impact of this.

    @Haggisman04 @O2 @virginmedia I'm going to guess the fee free cancellation only applies if you cancel the full package - VM and O2 - as VM allow you to leave penalty free but O2 don't. If you are just trying to cancel O2 on its own the usual early termination fees will probs apply
