    @O2 @Sunny_in_London I have tried this several times still the same. This has been going on for several days it is shocking service @O2 please sort this out!

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 my dads a former customer, he’s had £17 taken from his account that he wants to query but can’t get hold of anyone to do so. What number should be ring to speak to someone.

    I had a very convincing call from someone pretending to be from @O2 offering me 40% off my next bill due to bad service in the last month. They then said I should be receiving a code via text to prove it was legit. Luckily I didn’t give it to them. Watch out for this scam!

    @O2 never met such a company , got my replacement phone after waiting nearly 3 weeks , replacement arrived damaged and now told I have to wait till Monday for someone to collect the phone and a further 7 days for them to inspect it and get back to me with another replacement 😡

    @O2 Heads up for anyone thinking of joining O2! If you want to experience the WORST customer service in the UK mobile sector then this is the place for you, if not AVOID them like the plague! #badcustomerservice #Useless

    @O2 Yep - you see me staring at a 45min wait for customer services to pick up. Still waiting for the £10 refund to be applied to my account which you gave me as a result of waiting over three months for a watch data plan. Shocking service since merging!
