    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 O2 is super s*** all your mast towers have gone down in redhill which apparently will take 6 weeks to repair which means all O2 customers are going to suffer yet be forced to pay full price for their plans…also your signal is sh*t in Betchworth, Surrey. Virtually non-existent 🤬

    @O2 your website is down it won't allow me to complete a new connection order. When I select to say the following error message is displayed "unable to place an order please call us" . I have tried on different devices ,browsers over 2 days still same issue

    @O2 This time I asked to get connected with a customer care manager and I was told within 24 hours I will get a call. I waited 24 hrs and called again requesting to speak to a customer care team they went through the same procedure and said i will get a call in 24 to 48 hours.
