@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

Great service from @O2 once again. Another seamless upgrade, less than 12hrs between order and delivery, and into 12th year as a customer. Still haven’t won any of those priority prize competitions though 🙃

@O2 I messaged you last year reporting issues with my phone connection. You apologised & gave me 3mth refund, sorry to say it’s horrific AGAIN! Within a mile of home it constantly disconnects or when talking goes robotic or garbled! Blooming nightmare to make calls

@O2 Hello, just wondering if anyone can help me, my visual voicemail doesn't seem to be working, it did work but then stopped and now I keep getting the same text message from O2 about activating VVM ever 2mins. But it's not activating. I'm on the pixel 7 pro.

@O2 Done all that. It’s says there are issues in the Eastleigh area daily since last Wednesday. Restart my phone and within a minute or so the signal goes again. Not acceptable.
