@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 are impossible to get hold of. Anyone got any ideas how to get through to someone? They keep taking payment for my airtime bill then sending me an overdue text for the device plan because they aren't taking the payment for it! Never had this issue with #o2 before.

@O2 Hi, I've recently upgraded my phone. Very pleased with it and the service provided. Included with the handset was a leaflet explaining how to redeem some headphones. The offer does not exist as far as I can see. The headphones are redeemable through Sony. Please help.
