    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    I have an @O2 Samsung phone. I leave it on mobile data and WiFi all the time. If I am not in a WiFi area then I struggle to do anything on the phone. It has always been this way. Why is this? Is the @O2 network just bloody shite? 🤔🤬

    @O2 …..and more people were using the network in the same areas yesterday too……and if I checked tomorrow I wonder if we’d have a three in a row….meanwhile I can’t use mobile internet……

    @O2 any known issues with top-ups? Didn't go through within app or on the website without login. Daughters phone, top up from parent debit card. Bank says no blocks in their side.

    @O2 No I just went in to get a SIM card but was told they don’t just have sim cards anymore if have to purchase a bundle or add the SIM card package to my own PAY monthly account I don’t realize that 02 only offer bundles with £10 monthly subscription, I’ll try another network NP

    @O2 Also when calling your business support line on 8002, the automated system directs customers to download the MyO2 app which is only for consumer customers. Which is obviously frustrating

    @O2 I’ve been struggling to get through to customer service and have had a £20 deposit held for almost a week where a finance contract hasn’t been granted. My bank has told me to contact O2 to resolve.
