@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Not a problem with the EU, just profiteering companies... Will the additional charges compensate for the lack of income by people not using their phones abroad, or changing to alternative providers?

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 So the EU, ensures EU telco companies didn’t charge for roaming. When part of the EU we also had that. We left and the companies are no longer required. Yet its the EUs fault for the change and you for not copying it. You created this **** show.

@LutzSchueler @O2 @virginmedia I'm sure this is good news for some but I'm still trying to resolve issues with my account that started beginning Nov 2020. Unresolved tech issue stopped upgrade, dreadful customer service, & still can't get PAC code to leave. Your #CustomerFirst is a PR joke. #CEO_Bullsh_t

@VMO2News @O2 @virginmedia So is this a case of getting people to switch to your service and then further down the road introduce them? Or am I too cynical?

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Are you actually confused by this or do you think tweeting that the EU are responsible for everything will convince the rest of the hard of thinking to support the current so-called govt?
