@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@EnglandRugby @O2 The 9 - 10 axis is the root of England's problem. JVP is not international standard. Doesn't scan the play & therefore, hesitatant in distribution. Smith can't tackle and doesn't function when on the back foot. Opposition targets Smith to get in the front foot = England scramble.

@O2 Hey @O2 do you know how long the #complaints service take to respond to an email? 19.02.2023 it said we will respond in 7 days and still waiting. Mind you I’m still waiting for my original account set up from the beginning of January 2023. Will anyone from o2 resolve the issue

@EnglandRugby @O2 If Mako and Cole are on the bench this weekend, I don't know what to say. It cannot be that are bench props are so lacking in oomph. Earl has to start at 8. Whatever he does, it won't be as bad as the incumbent.
