    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    @O2 please use any other delivery service than DHL!! Ordered phone on Saturday & was told next day delivery. It’s now Tuesday & I still don’t have my phone - DHL lying that they’ve attempted delivery even when I’ve been at home!!

    @O2 Cancel and re-order to home, which I’ve done. But whereas I was supposed to be picking the phone up today, the site suggests I’ll now have to wait another 14 days.

    @O2 I can't get a phone signal on my phone. I've checked the network checker and there isn't any problems. And I've turned my phone off and on. And checked my mobile data is on.

    @claire_j1981 @O2 I resisted for years, but after O2, then going to Three, then back to O2, I went to @EE after getting really good contracts for the kids, my coverage up around Strathyre to Tyndrum and along Loch Laggan to Dalwhinnie is far better on EE. I get data AND phone signal everywhere

    See @O2 service is rubbish again now they have joined forces with virgin. How difficult is it to get decent service and a SIM card activated 😡 only to be cut off after 30 minutes!
