@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 and have since spoke with virgin media, as most o2 staff do not know anything at all about their services, products, settings, etc.. just to get the help needed, to look at settings, see that the esim had been blocked by o2, and then transferred....

@O2 I ordered a pay monthly phone on 30/12, received it yesterday. PAC code was provided, today customer service tells me no notes about it and I have to wait till Monday (2 working days) after 5.30 pm. I was waiting for 25 mins before call was answered, lousy service.

@O2 lads i got a contract included as part of a broadband deal and i won't use the sim at all. Its been less than 14 days i want to back out of the contract but your support team keep binning me off

@O2 .. over to someone called Devine in o2 customer care, she went through the phone settings with me, the sim number, and confirmed that o2 have blocked it

@O2 Is there an ongoing network issue? All my phone contracts I have on O2 keep cutting off on every call for the past 4/52. O2 shop say they’ve had issues but no further explanation. Could someone please explain further and when this will be resolved?

@O2 Having lots of trouble with yr customer services. I want to restore my old phone number onto a new sim, which shouldn't be hard. I keep on being told, wait 24 hours and you'll have service, but it never works. It's been like this since Christmas!

@MartinSLewis It’s all well & good when your not mid contract Martin. This is why I like @O2 - I can change my price plan once every 30 days up or down :-) the only network I believe that allows you too bar sky mobile. The only network to let you pay a device off & cancel contract too :-)

@O2 well 2023 is here snd the i2 network has gotten worse. You can get a 5 g signal with no mobile data connection. Do not join o2 it’s worse than terrible. Roll on September snd im outta here.
