@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

Finishing with @O2 after 10+ years due to being messed around / fleeced at the last minute before I left to travel abroad for a year. How do I cancel my contract from abroad? I’m not willing to pay for the international minutes to call. Can a family member do this on my behalf?

@O2 Why am i keep getting "please connect to a network " about 5 times a day my 4g signal is pathetic, why when i go on myo2 app to chat its always busy you can't be busy 24hrs a day i need to port my number over from virgin media asap

24hrs Ive been without all o2 services 9 phone calls via free o2 number to be told 2 turn fone on & off to no avail no1 in the family can use their devices! I’m a nurse & should have been in the ED 2nite but lost shift because of this ! HELP Any1 @O2 @O2music @O2sports
