@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 swapped to your network because you show ‘good indoors and outdoors’ signal for 4G & 3G where I work (S64 9RH) yet I barely get 3G outside and I’m lucky for 1 bar of E inside...

@O2 POOR service from O2 cut service on daughters phone cos I paid her airtime and device bill and the advisor paid off both amounts on airtime bill leaving device plan unpaid so they cut her off and she couldn't ring home NOT HAPPY bad service & poor response 24 hrs to correct
