    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 Any response would be nice, or appreciated as I am still waiting for one from o2. Requesting my PAC code so I can go to another network but o2 still hasn’t responded to my request but they are still taking money from my account whilst my phone is blocked

    @O2 SHOCKING SERVICE O2. I can’t make any calls in Morocco to my mum in hospital in Morocco. Can’t call 202 you’ve blocked me making calls. Can’t call insurer. I’ve been a customer for 22 years. I’ve tried adding bolt on. Increasing spend cap. I am here alone. HELP

    @O2 Sarah called on Tuesday to ask about my reception issues. I said it is still the same - unusable. She said she can end my contract without any fees. I said I got 6 months credit and would call back after 6 months if needed. She said not to worry as that 6 months credit will

    @O2 How can I log a formal complaint with you. I've been without any mobile data for at least 3 weeks already with an update given today saying the next update will be 25th April!!! This is completely unacceptable and I should not have to pay for a service I am not receiving
