@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 When your customer service center says that I should cancel my direct debit to prevent fraudulent purchases being taken from my bank account, and then you credit my account with the amount needed to clear the fraudulent charges, I do not expect to recieve a default notice.
