@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@virginmedia @O2 Never ever use virgin Media. They are utterly hopeless at customer service. I have won one case against them and now preparing another for their sheer stupidity. Don’t ever use them for phones or broadband etc. You’ll end up regretting it.
