    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 impossible to bloody speak with anyone online. The idiot in store 4 years ago that set up my account has typed in my email address spelt wrong and now I cant do anything in my account. Fuming. Cant click a link in an email if the email is spelt wrong 😡

    @O2 Switched to o2 4months and still can’t receive texts or calls - @o2 are incompetent! Zero customer service skills! Can’t talk to a manager - pathetic!

    @O2 I've raised it 3 times this week, promised a call back each time. You dontvanswer the phone for about 20 minutes. Poorest customer service team I have ever had to deal with. Spend around £1.5I a year with o2. Stop hiding behind processes.

    @O2 replied back to you guys yesterday via DM and not heard back. I’ve always thought o2 had great customer service. Even got the messages here asking you to praise members of staff but I’m being scammed for over 3yrs and you aren’t protecting me.

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @O2 @calm @o2 how can anyone stay calm trying to deal with your rubbish customer services - hours on hold and problem never resolved - so cheeky that you are promoting mindfulness - help me - 4 months unable to receive calls and text and stuck in a contract you won’t let me leave

    Just had the most horrible experience with an @O2 "floor manager" I'm disgusted. As a loyal customer. I say. Give him some more training. Michael clearly needs it.
