@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@GolHeungMing @O2 @NatWest_Help Overall I’ve had no issues with NatWest on my current mortgage or accounts. Just my situation and house sale falling through has thrown some up some stuff. 95% all good, just a little hassle caused by a complex situation.

@deepblue1990 @O2 I regret changing back to them. I got crap signal when I was with them for 12 years and no perks because I wasn’t a new customer, even threatening to leave they had zero offers for to keep me loyal. And now I’m back on them it’s **** all signal again.

Can someone in @O2 please sort out this problem in Bath as nothing ever works on mobile data , it’s not me it’s not my phone , your shop has confirmed it’s not worked for a year , sort or I will leave in or not in contract ENOUGH
