@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 Unfortunately 2 hours is totally unacceptable, especially when I'm looking to upgrade! Part of the issue about being transferred was part of a complaint resolution, your not helping your cause to a customer of over 20 years!

Well after being with @O2 for just short of a decade finally left after years of rubbish customer service and poor service. Who knows I could be back but looking forward to being a customer with @EE who have been fab at customer services and great in getting me set up on EE.

@O2 I had a notification on my phone to say you have turned off network calls so now I can only call using WiFi. No hint as to why. Have been on hold for hours trying to get through. I’m not getting what I paid for. How do I actually get customer service out of you?
