    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    Looks like it going to have to be the ombudsman now for @O2 obviously unable to honour your cancellation policy on the cooling off period that’s causing me problems 3 times now Iv been told it’s cancelled and you keep trying to take the money and it’s appearing on my credit file

    @O2 your network is shocking! I haven’t been able to use my data for two days this is not what I pay £50 a month for😤 o2 guru isn’t even working and can’t get through to a call handler so how am I supposed to get this fixed?????

    @O2, I received a text message from a mobile number claiming to be @HSBC_UK. I do not bank or have any services with them (however I am an O2 customer), do I report through your fraud or their fraud? I haven't clicked ln any links in the message.

    @O2 Dm has been sent. Apparently it takes o2s technical team weeks to connect a line and even then they can’t say exactly when this will be. Sheer disappointment from a customer of over 16yrs
