    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    I'm typing this out of deep frustration. I got the Samsung S21 in February, I've used Samsung phines for over 7 years at least and this is the 1st one that has had overheating issues.I tried to see of it was a one-off experience but it keeps happening Once i'm on a call @O2

    @O2 @virginmedia U now with virgin media iam with o2 but was with virgin they are the worst company I have ever been with and robbed money out of my bank so I will be switching from o2 soon as current contract is out shame that but virgin are dog foul

    @O2 customer service is extremely poor. I was on hold for 30 mins waiting to speak to the payments team. When I got through the person didn't say anything and then hung up after 30 seconds. You need better staff if this is how customers get treated.

    @DeviousPL @virginmedia @O2 This seems to be a completely incorrect allegation. I have been using virgin media cable broadband since 2011 and never had a deal-breaking issue.

    @O2 @virginmedia Oh no. Time to leave O2 I think and been with you since cellnet. Virgin Media have the worst customer service and everyone I know who had virgin media had problems with them saying they owed money when they didn’t, they even mis-sold me a contract - twice.
