@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

@O2 Hi, I am having trouble with my iPhone. Any time I speak to someone the line is bad and there is a delay, checked coverage in my area and it says good - so perhaps it’s the phone? Switched it off/on! Had it less than a year - can someone pls help? Thanks.
