    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 you sent me an email saying you were varying my contract and I could cancel. I rang you to see if you could do anything but after 9 mins of navigating your menu and getting through, the person cut me off. So you're toast - moving to @lebara after 20 years. Bye bye.

    @O2 Cant fix a problem they caused with the name on my account (they used and set up my account with my middle name as my surname) I was told for years to show a marriage certificate - which I can’t. I finally decided to get this changed 1 months later still not done. 1/3

    I’ve uploaded documents which I was not comfy doing. I had it raised, gave a complaint via the phone & email- STILL not done. So I asked to close the request because I cba & want my documents deleted - & guess what.. NOT DONE - Fobbed off & lied to AGAIN @O2 2/3

    Removing the request would remove my documents - which makes me feel safer .🤬 Someone do your literal job NOW! I’ve never know a customer service so incompetent. If I have to call again Monday and ask AGAIN, you can kiss this 10+ customer goodbye. @O2

    @o2 customer service is useless phoned them up tell me to use the app I can’t use the app that’s what I was phoning about funny how my password doesn’t work now despite knowing it. Hopeless.
