    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    Can someone tell me why my unlimited data with O2 never seems to work every time i am out and about or just at home the data never seems to connect, like im on data now (no wifi) and it just takes ages for everything to load sometimes it never loads @O2 why does this happen?

    @o2 This is getting silly now. Porting a number has failed for the 2nd time and no reason given. Can the shop help with this? Is there a UK call centre we can contact about a complaint?

    @O2 My network is fine, I’ve tried all the hints and tips too. The only thing I’m worried about- I rang today and complained about not getting much signal when I’m not on wifi and they’re sending a new sim card out. Is there a chance they’ve stopped my current one from working?

    @O2 Customer review complaints on 5th October. I have again spoken to someone else’s today and expected to turn my phone on and off every four hours? I’m sorry but nobody is telling me the truth as to why O2 have shut down my service. I want to leave O2!
