@O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 promised that I will have my e-sim card ready today. Made me pay for the contract and then nothing. Have been on calls with them but still no simcard. Not even able to login to MyO2 app. Very unhelpful customer service #disappointed with #O2 #network

@O2 Since my phone has and it’s new SIM card I have NO data! Despite paying for it! I have called the helpline3 times after being held on the line last time for 25 mins before speaking with someone the phone cut off! Went to o2 shop no help at all. What can I do?

@O2 @_Twi_O2hlp yet again a communications company who promised that their teams would communicate with me have failed to communicate with me like their colleague yesterday have the no means of communication . Yet can contact external agency. Terrible customer service

@O2 Feeling very let down, been a customer for over 30 years and called today for an upgrade. Have found cheaper prices online with Tesco Mobile but you won’t match that price so got my PAC code and off I go.

Yesterday, I had three direct debits fail, I do not keep funds in my current account used for DDs, and transfer it 36 hours before the due date from a reserve account. Each failure has cost me £12 in bank charges, so thirty-six pounds, because @O2 only showed one account due in MyO2 App, the others said paid. So I had no prior warning of the DD or bills. To give @O2 due credit, they have refunded my £36, and admitted the error, but the point is that it took it took 2 hrs 42 minutes to resolve. and 1 hr 19 minutes of that was completely wasted on web/chatbot.

@O2 your network has seriously deteriorated over the last 5 weeks or so. I have 2 SIMS with you. Today I cancelled one of them. You will be losing the other contract when that also expires
