    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 I am beyond incandescent that after almost 30 years of loyalty to you, my service is cut off with no warning??!!! OK |I was a little late paying, but there was a good reason. Did you check? Did Customer Services wonder why I was unusually late paying? It is now paid.

    @O2 I initially phoned and was promised a confirmation email within 24hr -- never received. So I used live chat and got written confirmation and was advised to cancel DD. Then you emailed me last week saying I owed you money. Phoned to get that credited to the account. Now this.

    @ArcticReviews @O2 It’s terrible isn’t it. Zero empathy and pathetic justification for increasing the price. I’d also argue that the CPI should be used rather than the RPI. Not sure how either impact O2’s ability to investment either.

    @O2 Is there nothing you can do to stop the tide of scam texts and phone calls? Surely if someone sends hundreds of similar texts from a spoofed phone number you must be able to detect that and block them? I know other countries can at least give a warning on screen to help…
