@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 Thanks for the reply. My phone never shows 4G in this location and hasn't for the last 2 years. You always trip out the same information about the mast so forgive me for being cynical

As soon as I can leave @O2 I will be doing, have 1 bar of signal and pay £40 + a month to not be able to use my internet and have virtually no signal. Rang customer services who have just said it’s a problem with one of the masts in my area and they don’t know when it’ll be fixed

** I have spent the last 7 years arguing with @EE AND @O2 as to why i have v poor signal at best! An engineer eventually admitted (& i don't think he was supposed to) no one company owns the mast, so no one company will take responsibility but the location is NOT suitable ...

After more than 20 years, today I am saying bye bye to @O2 and Hello to @tescomobile . I am hoping for better customer service and compassion and fairer pricing. The moment I changed that SIM over, I have alread halved my bill - I urge anyone today to check too

@EE Oh & @VodafoneUK and @O2 work perfectly in this same area, both indoor and outdoor signal. Ashleigh, Are you able to tell me why the engineers cannot visit either mast box and boost the signal/ are the masts even on?

What phone networks are people using. Been with @O2 for years but it’s letting me down big time. Everyone I know on @O2 has said how bad their service is now 👀

@O2 also, I’ve had this problem for weeks and it’s not good enough for customers to be paying money and not receiving a service. Told to keep taking my sim out and rebooting until signal improves #nothappy
