@O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

@O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

@O2 A lot of backchat about shifts and managers being off … which as a customer I literally don’t care about. The logistics of your retail stores or disarray of equipment does not concern me as a customer. It’s embarrassing and the store deserves to be shut down.

Wonderful. My @SkyUK broadband is dead due to a fault and my @O2 mobile data 4G signal is utter cack. Blinding. Great. EE is no better either. Awesome.
