    Been on hold for 50 minutes @O2 not sure how much longer I can do this. After 20 minutes talking to an operator who clearly had inadequate knowledge I was passed to “retention”, which is where I’ve remained as a “valued customer” #valuedcustomer #JokeService

    Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

    An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

    @O2 Trying to lengthen ring time on Samsung J4 Core. You gave me code that didn’t work, so not impressed. Seems it’s a big problem as many people having difficulty. Not impressed! Help please!

    I regret switching to O2. Despite showing full 5G signal across London, my internet barely works. Pages won’t load, WhatsApp just keeps buffering, and basic browsing is almost impossible. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times. @O2

    @O2 Hi, since Dec all my incoming calls show as UNKNOWN in caller ID & call history. I've tried resetting my phone, swapping the SIM to another phone - issue persists. Seems like a network/account issue. Can you look into this or reset my account settings? Thanks.

    @O2 sort your signal out in the HP13 area. 6th day in a month with no signal. Can't even get 4G.. Thank god my contract is up now.

    @O2 - trying to process an upgrade - 02 app keeps telling me to.. Won’t add new Pixel to basket, call Cust Servs..they can’t process..Raise a support ticket..nothing. Cust Servs tell me to visit store.. Store can’t process.. I feel Im being De-Mobiled’ - Is that a thing now?

    @O2 @getlostidiot1 After reading this and having already been in touch with you concerning how my my 89 year old dad lost £10 from his phone without him knowing. Unfortunately, no one seemed to help me. He got really upset by this.

    Congratulations to @O2 for having the worst App experience I’ve had for a long time and the least flexible plans around. I have three phone numbers with a combined monthly data of 120gb yet I cannot share that data across the three plans.
