  I have been with @O2 since they first started-that is decades- but that relationship ends at the end of my current contract- I have today experienced the most dreadful customer service. I can only apologise to O2 for being someone who expected customer care-mea culpa.

  @O2 how many more months til you fix my phone signal? Once again, after a couple of days working, it is offline. No compensation, no service. Can't even call you to complain. Awful
