This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@virginmedia are you working on the broadband in Eltham? Since Tuesday my WiFi has been cutting out regularly causing issues with working from home and trying to home school. I've had to purchase additional data from @O2 because of it.

@O2 terrible customer service. Getting customers to pay for next day guaranteed delivery on a new contract but then not delivering it and saying well it’s because I didn’t do the contract in time. Even though it was done whilst on the phone yesterday morning to the sales person.

@O2 ported from Voda over a month ago now and I still can’t receive texts or calls. Going round in circles on the phone! 24hours this and that. Reset your network setting, turn it off and on! Get a grip and sort my phone!!!! 🤬 my pregnant partner can’t even contact me, imagine!
