@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 I did a phone contract for an iPhone and also port my sim from Giffgaff to O2. I need to change to your cheapest plan or move back my line to my old arrangement. Your customer service lines have not been reachable and this is very frustrating.

@O2 paid my bill on Wednesday, today I've had messages to tell me my number has been cut off. When calling support it is physically impossible to get through to an agent to help as the automated line defaults to making me try to pay and goes no further. What do I do?

@O2 COMPLAINT. I am still awaiting a refund for £258 for a phone I returned in November that you subsequently carried on charging me for I have been told this refund has been done. I have been hung up on. Now I can’t pay my bill til you pay me and my services are restricted!!

@O2 Good Morning, I just want to say “thank you” for being awesome. My iPhone decided not to turn on today, so I used my iPad to speak with Shakil o2 customer services chat team and they quickly sorted the issue. Saves me a visit out on a Sunday morning. 🙏
