@Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

@O2 @picoflu I binned O2 after a brief 2 year spell of misery with continued call dropping. The acceptable solution for them was a home signal booster. No good to a mobile technician back with EE and happy. If your on iPhone check Wi-fi assist is off it savages internet.

@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

Phoned virgin mobile to upgrade my, and my kids, contracts & they said they'd merged with @O2 and new contract had to be with O2. Only 2 of 3 numbers set up. Now nearly 2 hrs into being bounced around depts and still not sorted. The worst customer experience I've ever had

@O2 I have to say I’m very disappointed in your price increase. Never seen an increase like it. I was thinking about changing my Virgin Broadband to Community Fibre, looks like my O2 contract will be switching to someone else now too. Bad move, your really don’t need to do this!

@clairabellejp @O2 We've mostly just been cold this year. I never thought I could ever be so cold, but needs must. I'm mostly disgusted by big companies high profit increases while we are slugged daily with ridiculous expenses that are unrealistic. Bang, wham, thump, oh there goes another whack.
