@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

@O2 maybe release tickets throughout the day so there's not a sudden rush and makes it fairer for everyone? As something is definitely not right at the moment! It never used to be this bad.

@O2 @Dani_A_01000011 There aren’t tickets, have been checking since 10am. Have no idea why it’s always so problematic with o2. Also never received the code to login on desktop and requested it twice. This isn’t a benefit, just a waste of time 😩
