    @O2 After a 25 min call with Customer Service I was transferred to the Retention Team of O2 - the line has now been ringing for 55 minutes. How do I get to speak to someone without hanging up and having to spend another 25 minutes before I am transferred to be on hold again?

    @Dave7438501904 @wrexham @O2 I was with O2, couldn’t even get an O2 signal in the O2 shop and neither could the staff member I was speaking to 🙄 I left and got an EE contract - no issues now
