@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

@O2 5G has been rolled out in an area close to me but in my area I'm still not getting proper 4G speeds, I've been contacting you for around 1.5 years now and they always tell me first that the network mast in my area has a fault and the engineers are working on it.

@O2 I’m highly disappointed with the service atm I have work to be doing and I can’t make calls because the service is so bad I need to find a new network provider at this point because now you people are just blocking my blessing .....
