@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

@O2 customer services is shocking. I got an upgrade over the weekend. I still don’t have calls, data or text messages. You can’t get ahold of the online agents. On my 3rd call today and still no joy. I am trying to be patient. What can I do to resolve this?

By searching "O2 fraud" it seems that hundreds of people are experiencing the same thing which makes me think that: 1. @O2 doesn't have a good enough policy when opening an account 2. Their customer services/fraud teams aren't fit for purpose #02 #fraud #customerservice

@O2 very frustrated to have just learned that I won secret cinema tickets on priority o2 but the notification email went to junk, so I have missed out! Would have been nice to have received a text notification too seeing as though I’m an O2 customer!
