@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

@O2 Hello. I’m in a pickle. So I’ve set my 30days to cancel my account. About 35 days ago Just now I’ve gone to log in to my o2 app said there was an issue so I refreshed it. And changed my password but it requires an authentication code. That sent to your 02 number.Unfortunately
