    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

    Spent 6 hours on the phone to @O2 after being told a simple number transfer would take one call. Got transferred twice to a kitchen company, given dead numbers, and promised a callback that never happened. 6 hours wasted and still not resolved How will you fix this? @O2
