@O2 Hi, my signal/data seems to keep dropping out and it’s just getting worse! I have to restart my phone multiple times a day which helps for a bit but then it’s shocking again. I regret entering another contract with you bc I can’t use my phone unless i can connect to wifi!

@O2 They don’t tell you about the awful signal which has been ongoing since last June & how they can’t even give you a time scale of when it will be fixed. They still charge you the same monthly fee even though you can’t use your data roaming/access the web when out in my local town

@O2 I’ve Done all of those as has a number of colleagues who also have an issue with using data whilst we’re at work. A few of them have already switched networks and are experiencing a significant improvement in their ability to use the internet!
