Anyone at @virginmedia or @O2 able to help? I’ve signed up to the Ultimate Volt Bundle. I have had emails from Virgin and direct debt details but nothing about my @O2 sim? Is this normal as was told would get a email from both of you in a day or two but been longer than this?

Been an @O2 customer for 20+ years and contract just ended. Absolutely disgusted to find out, should I take a new contract with them, my bill could increase by at least 9% in April. 😠

@senol_eason @O2 Better if you buy sim from turkey and use their network’s internet and also hotspot sharing facility you received. you never needed to pay £40 for roaming.

The most incompetent UK mobile company by a mile @o2 Today despite trying to pay for 5 weeks…today there are five red letters for 11p, 11p, 12p, and 13p. Live Direct Debit as well! Never again. #o2

@virginmedia Join to @O2 as already with virgin and try to get Volt benefit added and all you do is say I have to pay more, it’s meant to be free but no l, even when I try complain your try up sale , great service

@virginmedia @O2 Nothing more frustrating when you call virgin media/o2 to make changes to your package and you get passed from one call handler to another throughout the call for 50mins only for them to deliberately hang up on you not once but twice still on hold for 3rd time 😡
