    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 Moving to you guys has been the worst decision ever! Appalling customer service! Been over a week and pay monthly sim still not working! Number still not ported over! Call centres hang up on you!! I can’t use my phone as old network now stopped!!😡😡 #o2 #awful

    @O2 I am in the US and trying to turn on WiFi cellular texts as I have no signal. I can't transfer money to my account without receiving a text. But I also can't log into o2 without using my phone number to receive a code...which is the reason I need to log in anyway.
