    Thanks @O2 @tescomobile for sorting out the tech fault 12hrs isnt bad An to the wingers that ranted on about not having data/phone service just be grateful it wasnt a power cut for that length of time lol Gosh how hard it must of been for people to actually talk to each other

    @xLucyKelly @O2 i was with EE but they were shit so i changed to o2 cause they promised i would get better service and looked at my area and everything and since i have been with them i have had nothing but problems😂 and i haven’t been able to use my phone all day apart from with wifi😴

    So, @o2 haven’t sent any texts or emails regarding their network being down but as soon as a bill is produced, they’ll text you quicker than a rat up a drainpipe #o2down

    @O2 I live in Devon and Wi-fi is hard to find. I realise this isn’t the end of the world , but I do pay for a service.

    @O2 I'm a new customer waiting for my sim.Says it dispatched a week ago, yet nothing arrived so far. Tracking is impossible because the tracking number is not recognised at Royal Mail. Already received my first bill..but no sim :(

    @O2 been unable to use my 4g for almost a week, check the status service page multiple times a day just says busy in your area. Can’t get through to anyone on the phone. Absolutely joke will not be paying my bill this month.
