    @O2 have not got reception for 2 days in my phone spoke to CC team no help, missed so many important calls. I have recently moved to O2 few days ago!! Regret my decision!!

    Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

    @O2 horrible password process. conflicting information between website and WhatsApp support. nightmare to get through, advisor doesn’t listen then just hangs up. Regretting switching now

    @O2 after 12 years with you your customer is very poor not impressed- no reception in Wilmslow all staff could do is say go and get a new SIM card not even investigate whether a mast is down 🙁

    @lynne_lil_devil @O2 I had 3 calls before being told they can't do anything and that I need to go into a shop. Went in and they had no idea this was even a problem and refered me back to the phone. Missed a call from them on Sunday and have yet to get a call back. It's been an issue for like a month.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I live in Bolton but support Huddersfield. I've stopped taking my phone to matches because the signal is so bad. The DAB signal for Radio Leeds is appalling as well.
