    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 Help! I got a new tarrif with you where you sent a new sim. I spoke to an agent online who swapped it all over and cancelled my old one but suddenly it appears to have changed itself back and now people are getting texts from the number I don’t want! Live chat isn’t working.

    @O2 I cannot seem to do this I’m afraid. It says it runs out in January 2021 but I definitely got 6 months Disney+ with my new sim deal which I purchased in Nov 5th. Help!!!! Please!

    How many more times have I got to call @O2 to sort my account out? Absolutely shocking and disgraceful customer service! 6 months and counting! No doubt there will be another excuse why it hasn’t been done!
