It has been for a few years, I gave up on it hopefully being fixed. Paying for 5GB data that I can’t ever spend because it just is slow as snails.

I contacted you in regards to an extreamly bent iPad Pro 2018 that I’ve had for 2 months. Been to 2 Apple shops and 2 O2 shop and contacted your customer complaints to be told there is nothing you can do except send it in for repair(1)

In the UK and Stoke is the depot it came out of. @O2 should be a priority customer for you, but you don’t give a damn about delivering their products safely, on time and intact
