@O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

Warning to anyone taking out an @O2 contract for use whilst travelling to the USA. They don’t tell you that your 25GB allowance is speed capped at 0.5MBs!!! Useless service in the USA. @MartinSLewis did you know this?

@O2 really disappointed in your online chat staff, I requested to be put through to complaints but a floor manager shut the chat down without my authorisation! Capacity issues have left the service practically useless, no point having 100gb data if I must use Wi-Fi!!!

@O2 Why are we having to jump through so many hoops to get a simple PAC code to migrate away from your dogshit service? Isn't your customer service bad enough without you making it harder for people to move away from your ****** network?
