    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    Hey @O2 is there anyone I can talk to about a service issue with my handset? Signal in the area is fine and sons phone on same network works perfectly.

    Is anybody else on @O2 and their network is playing up? Someone tries to ring me and it’s starts to crackle 5 seconds in, then says call failed....utter joke🙄🙄 I think it’s time to change network!

    @longridgegall I can’t complain, only joined them in 2019 when we lost cover with EE when we moved. They sent a fabulous package today just because I told them I’d ruined my mug in the dishwasher! Very impressive customer care! Might just stay with @o2 #lancashirehour

    @NicolaJBetts @TicketmasterCS @O2 Hi Nicola, I would assume so. The problem I have is I have not received any emails informing me of the postponement or the new date. And, when I log in to ticketmaster there is no evidence of having tickets, yet I have the confirmation email and booking number.

    @O2 The mast that has been taken down in Sutton Coldfield is causing terrible issues on a daily basis . How does O2 expect us to work and keep in touch with old,vulnerable parents without a reliable phone signal ?the next update not expected til 20th April now ? Unbelievable!!😡

    What do I need to do @O2 to make a refresh order?! 17 calls since Tuesday, incorrect advice given, cut off three times, lucky if get to speak to an advisor with the right training!! Tearing my hair out!! Been a customer for 20+ years .... aghhhhhh!! #O2 #customerservice
