    @O2 sometime ago I complained about lack of 3G and 4G in the MK43 0PS area. It’s still no better. To help locate the What3words reference is ///stalemate.take.drifting Please rectify

    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    Hey @O2 is there anyone I can talk to about a service issue with my handset? Signal in the area is fine and sons phone on same network works perfectly.

    @O2 Had a complete and utter guts full of your appalling network now. Been a loyal customer for 16 years. Been having issues with signal for several years now, reported it times over and it's just getting worse. No, it's not the phones.

    @O2 I am unable to pay my bill via the app, tried calling 202, got passcode, link to My o2, and it still says there is a problem, try again later. I cleared the cache and the data too, still can't pay. And I'll be charged late fees?!

    @O2 Thanks for that, and yeah it was a bit! O2 status tracker now says you're aware of the issue but calls/texts should still work - Leicestershire area.
