  • vinzthinks
    Vinod SK (@vinzthinks) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 It is shameful , utterly irresponsible that UK has one of the worst quality of infrastructure.. across Europe , Asia , it is vastly superior including countries as India where usage is so high ..this has to be priority #1 especially as you throw down the drain money on HS2 etc

  • MAUNConsulting
    Stuart Maun (@MAUNConsulting) reported

@O2 Hi there. Was there any resolution to this? I never actually received my email for the Greggs Sweet Treat I won last week, and nothing showing. Have I gone from a 'winner' to a 'loser' :o( - Hopefully there will be some way you can track it - sent my details last week on DM

  • ProZack9
    ProZack 🇬🇧 (@ProZack9) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Hear hear. I was in Laos recently. 10 miles from the nearest road. Full signal. Always the bare minimum with all of our network providers. Guess we are just used to being mugged of by all the utility companies now 👎🏻

  • Micci1988
    Angelo Micciche (@Micci1988) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 Im always having to go on flight mode and off again just to get network coverage.

  • a_n_n__m
    𝒂𝒏𝒏 𝒎 (@a_n_n__m) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.

  • drhanko2
    Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.

  • KettchUK
    KettchUK (@KettchUK) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Don't worry, the private sector will be along any moment with that investment you said they'd be putting into the network decades ago.

  • EllieMBond
    Ellie (@EllieMBond) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE They are probably using the same masts. It is a lack of masts that is the problem. No one wants them in their backyard but everyone wants good coverage.

  • pauln791
    Sierrasix (@pauln791) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone The UK comms network is far and away worse than what most people would call third world **** holes. I travel a lot and it breaks me more and more coming home and a big part of that is how poor our comms network is.

  • ebisham
    Clifton (@ebisham) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 I was on the top of Leith Hill on Sunday you could see for miles in every direction but no signal at all. It’s a combination of nimbys objecting to phone masts and unwillingness to invest. Direct to mobile Starlink will buck their ideas up.
