@O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

@O2 and @bt_uk contracts should stay the same price for the duration of the contract, you tie people in to longer contracts (24 and 36 month) increasing prices whilst offering lower prices for new customers. It’s an absolute scam, especially when your service gets worse!

@O2 Your Keanu in Customer Services (03448 090202) said I was being emailed "within 24 hours," on January 11th. I think Keanu wasn't telling the truth similar to everybody I have spoken to at 02 since.
