@O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

@O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

@O2 Yep, but no one has at any stage explained how same quote was given numerous times and not picked up until the last minute.Also no alternative offered, only contact has been by O2 sales with a "new deal"!! Just awful customer service. Dissappointing at best.

@O2 Utterly disappointed with this o2. Several visits to the shop re my oppo neo. People unable to here me when called or call. Constantly told it's an overload on the signal, my old Samsung given to my hubby works perfectly. Clearly a rubbish phone and service CS have zero idea 😡

1/2 So no one at @O2 can authorise anything! Just rang to cancel my contract & was told that I have to wait for the ‘incident’ to be looked into & someone to call me back because I can’t be put through to the people that can authorise the return of my phone & watch! 🤬

@O2 Thank you. Whilst you’re here, can you help with my 12 month Disney+ subscription which I was given in Nov/Dec with a new tariff. It overlapped my existing subscription but now says it will end in July. Can this be sorted please?
