@O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

That is it!!! I am leaving O2!!!! My Internet signal doesn't even exist these days!! Even in the city I can't get 5 or 4g constantly saying "h" no signal!?!!? @o2

There's no way that prank phone was on @o2 at Molineux last night. It just would not have connected. Never a single byte of data or a call even with 5G—Whilst my fellow fans on EE browse happily.

@O2 Just upgraded my two sim contracts, and the call was just o2 trying to sell me stuff. No focus on the customer has just waited 20mins, just about trying to sell you extras. A really poor experience, with no focus on #customerexperience

@virginmedia Thank you for your reply. Cancellation was due to never receiving a SIM card (I was told my details were not passed on to @O2 and no account was created), nor being able to setup a broadband connection without an engineer's visit at additional cost, never outlined beforehand.
