@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

@O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

@O2 Hi, it seems there’s still mast issues since my first tweet above. I don’t like to complain however I first reported issues in August 2020 & it’s May 2021. There’s been no texts to say you’re still aware of the issue & so I’m wondering when there will be a fix?

@O2 just a warning to everyone to never go with o2 for any kind of business! They don’t deserve your money. Been a customer since I had my first phone and they couldn’t care less about you or any problems you might have. Just a shower of money grabbers really!

@O2 I’ve done this about 15 times. It’s multiple postcodes. It’s not specific to one location. You can’t fix it. What would be ideal is if you could release us from our contract so we can go back to @EE or @VodafoneUK who have provided us with much better coverage in the past.
