Just thought but I wondered if @O2 ever considered putting a signal in the MK43 post code area.

@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

@O2 Hi I tried on different browsers and devices, can’t seem to log in to my account. Would you be able to check if there is an issue with my account?

Great service from @O2 sales team on here - thank you! But annoyingly come to pick up the phone and told that #iphone12 doesn’t come with a charging plug. “That’s ok,” I said, “we have loads at home.” Ah no, you’ll need the USB-C style sir.” Wtf. So need to buy a plug. What?!

@O2 Hi there. Recently moved to O2 however I’ve found the signal to be poor in some areas I frequent. I’ve a SIM Only added to my partners plan. I’m within the 14 day cooling off with this, if I request a PAC will this cancel or cause any extra charges before full cancellation?

@O2 network is ridiculous. I switched from @EE for no reason. Having 2 sims In my phone proves #EE has coverage whereva I go. #o2 struggles even when I'm at home. Can't wait for my contract to end!

@LeeFMc83 @O2 Just cancel it. I walked in o2 Aintree last week and walked out with a new iPhone 12. Took 20 mins at most.

@O2 After being passed around from store to customer services and back again (even with lots of proof of ID/passport etc and looking at my bank details with O2) I discovered a flaw in your system and was stuck in a circle. I managed to cancel with a lot of faff and lost work hours.

@LeeFMc83 @O2 Have you rung the depot mate? These phone companies always seem to do the absolute minimum. Either that or cancel and go walk into a store with stock from another network? #coolingoffperiod

@FraserC69 @O2 I am genuinely absolutely appalled at them, deeply shocking customer services to be told by them to refuse to leave a store until my contract is cancelled. It’s like something the BBC should be reporting on.
