@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

@tescomobile @O2 Have just checked ant there’s no issue in this area , but everyday when travelling around for work the 4g is very poor , I’m on Tesco and my boss is o2 , we both have same issue

After bigging up @O2 over @EE coverage whilst on holiday in Europe recently they have let me down big time now I’m going to the US. They want to charge me £6 a day rather than the £10 a month fixed fee by EE. Disappointed with the lack of support and what appears to be pure greed

@tescomobile @O2 why is the 4g signal in south Ayrshire so poor ? Other services are running 5g in this area but we lucky to get 4g to work

@O2 can a representative contact me regarding my new sim swap and new contract, I have been going back and forth with the online chat for 7 days, continuously getting terrible service where your representatives just don’t reply (average time for them to reply is 1.5 hours)

@O2 I’ve just joined o2 and I’m unable to login into my account. It’s says I need to activate my account? Are you able to resend the link I would have received which has now expired. I’ve had my SIM card for around 10days and have already been charged

@O2 Happy Father’s Day complained twice in 2 months due to bad network.Both times asked to pay £122 to cancel contract. Put through to someone else put phone down on me because he couldn’t here my reply. Don’t use this company bad tactics to get you of the phone.

@WalkinshawAlex @O2 I had a terrible time complaining to them about my uncle’s contract. Detailed letter stating the next step was the Ombudsman. Every penny refunded.
