    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    @O2 sometime ago I complained about lack of 3G and 4G in the MK43 0PS area. It’s still no better. To help locate the What3words reference is ///stalemate.take.drifting Please rectify

    @O2 does anyone ever answer the phones? Been waiting for 40mins for someone to answer. I cant call on my phone just keeps saying call ended and messages won't send. Shocking service

    @O2 @RichardBloch I'm having exactly the same problem - bank has absolutely no knowledge of a GED number, it is not in the DD information nor the entry on my statements. And if you look in the forum it's something others have struggled with.

    @O2 @TalkTalk just spend 1hr 15 minutes trying to get my vulnerable elderly dad’s mobile transferred to 02 as his phone is broken - £5 per month sim only - but he only has a building society account. @O2 apparently can’t facilitate this without a bank card! He’s 82 & shielding!

    @O2 been trying to get hold of customer services for 2 days now, been hung up on 4 times! All I want to do is change my god damn number.
