@O2 My wife left her phone at her mother’s house in Lincolnshire. So we wanted to call O2 to see if we could redirect calls until the following day when we’d retrieve it. Help information on @O2 website useless. Difficult to find a phone number.

@O2 I keep receiving missed calls from other 07912986xxx numbers, and when I return the call they have no record of calling me. Similarly I’ve had calls from people saying they’ve had a missed call from me, despite having no record of this in my calls. Is this a network issue?

Getting a lot of calls from 07860 numbers, which is the same first 5 digits as mine. Just answered one and the caller asked why I had rang her - I hadn’t. She’s having similar problems with her number and people calling her saying the same. Is this an @o2 thing or wider?

@scottgoodacre @O2 I am on vodafone but had a call last week which was only 1 digit different to my own. Thought it couldn't be a coincidence so didn't answer but can see why people would be curious and phone back. (Replying to also help build awareness!)
