And the only way to sort it is to sit on hold for ******* ever because none of their staff are allowed to message each other apparently. Shite.

Isobel Moore (@isobel748) reported@O2 I now haven't had working data or outgoing texts for over 6 weeks, with multiple phone calls and visits to the local o2 shop - waiting on a trouble ticket response but this is getting ridiculous! I really like o2 but sort it out....
