@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

@O2 @VMO2News @virginmedia They are not answering. Can you guys not sort this joke of a company out. 24 years as a customer and the customer service is the worst I've ever witnessed. Tie you in to 18 month contracts too so I'm counting down the months and weeks till I get out of such frustrating service.

@O2 had a new SIM put in my phone and not been able to make or receive any texts, calls, etc, or use any data for several days. Only usable over WiFi. Not a network issue - persisted over several different locations. Been a massive inconvenience. What’s going on?

@O2 I have a samsung phone with emergency messages activated. Having to use it the other day for the first time, Days later I find that I've been charged for this, via my bill, when it's a vital service, sorry why is this even a thing with a system designed to help people!
