@O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

So after being assured by staff at @O2 that I wouldn’t get throttled due to my data usage it turns out that was a complete lie! How am I expected to do my job as a content creator! Furthermore their customer service is terrible! Absolutely fuming & I’ll be moving.😡

@AshfordPlumber @virginmedia @O2 The two installers I had (many, many years ago now) sat on my driveway in their van smoking a joint before the installation. Left the cable taut across one point and drilled a hole between rooms at an angle. Ended up getting someone out to fix that.

@AppleSupport a few minutes!! it has been days and STILL not working :-( @O2 say it is their problem and they say it will be fixed today but we will see. Terrible service from @O2 as I am the one that has had to chase them :-(
