    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    @O2 sometime ago I complained about lack of 3G and 4G in the MK43 0PS area. It’s still no better. To help locate the What3words reference is ///stalemate.take.drifting Please rectify

    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    Hey @O2 is there anyone I can talk to about a service issue with my handset? Signal in the area is fine and sons phone on same network works perfectly.

    @O2 No, no, no. ‘Lots of’ refers to the 3Three Network customers, whose presale went quite smoothly. Unlike O2, they anticipated unprecedented demand. They got it right. You got it momentarily wrong. Admit it and apologise, but please don’t lie to your customers to save face.

    Almost 6 hours later and @O2 priority still down. We see with all ticket sites, can’t cope with demand time after time. There has to be a better way. And don’t get me started on the crooks already selling them at inflated prices 😡 shouldn’t be allowed.

    @melanielevans @O2 I'm struggling for cardiff too I get to the point on the app where it says get tickets and then I don't get redirected it's infuriating and I cant get them in manchester which sucks as im bolton born and bred

    @O2 and to add insult to injury. The priorities app only asks for cookies and phone number when I’m on Wi-Fi. When using your network it just spins and I get a white screen. It’s a joke

    @O2 fix your app. been trying to log in to o2 priority all day. kicked me out of my logged in account and now wont let me log back in again keeps giving me a 404 error. ridiculous. sort it out
