    @O2 sometime ago I complained about lack of 3G and 4G in the MK43 0PS area. It’s still no better. To help locate the What3words reference is ///stalemate.take.drifting Please rectify

    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    @O2 I am in northern Corfu which is very near Albania, yesterday my network changed and I received a text message saying welcome to Albania which isn’t in your eurozone, I should not be charged for roaming there when I never left Greece should I ?

    @O2 I want releasing from my contract, sick of the bs about antennas not working for over a year, most of the time I have no 3g let alone 4g, I’ll settle the phone cost and you free my number up so I can go elsewhere, if you don’t I will contact the Financial Ombudsman.

    Now the council are saying hes noted with credit companies as being at my address (he owed £8 to @O2 🙄🙄🙄) and that I've fraudulently claimed that I lived alone!!! I don't have time or energy to sort out the mess. I will NEVER EVER consider O2: they're consistently atrocious

    Really really infuriated by @O2 clowns. They screwed up a customers address and used mine. No matter how much I told them it was wrong they refused to investigate and sort out their mistake. They even gave my address to the customer when he called to ask where his post was!!!

    @O2 How long does it have to be like this for me to get compensation?! I understand you can’t guarantee a fault free service but almost 3 weeks this has been going on?!

    @O2 You mention O2 is the best place to be yet you can’t explain how O2 expressed their Duty Of Care towards a customer by completely disconnecting them from the network during a Child Abduction case. There is no care towards the customer whatsoever!

    @SwailesRuth @O2 @BritishGas Pleased that you were spared that. Both of my parents died and the admin is awful. Also charged 30 quid to end contract even though still using and being charged for gas and electricity until their place is sold.

    @O2 Thank you, however it doesn't resolve the main issue- that I'm unable to utilise a price plan that I'm paying for.

    @O2 still no service after 10 days of joining…apparently system fault transferring my number from Vodafone via portal ….oh please, excuses excuses….sort it now
