    Hey @O2 is there anyone I can talk to about a service issue with my handset? Signal in the area is fine and sons phone on same network works perfectly.

    @O2 you guys recording any service issues in GL54 at all? Cell and data been terrible for last 24 hours.

    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    @O2 sometime ago I complained about lack of 3G and 4G in the MK43 0PS area. It’s still no better. To help locate the What3words reference is ///stalemate.take.drifting Please rectify

    @LiveLancs @O2 have advised me that building works have caused the problem. They can’t access the mast to fix it without permission from the council. They can’t guarantee it’ll be fixed by 31st August, that’s just when they will give another update. Appalling customer service

    @O2 Hi, have bought a cheap SIM free mobile and got an O2 SIM card. Card is in but how do I activate/ top up? It's a VERY basic old style phone, can't download app or scan a QR code!!! Help!

    @O2 @O2 I really don’t know what to say here and how much more I can take with the masts not working. I’ve even sim swapped and still, a year on a mast doesn’t work properly. What can I do now?

    @O2 Please do because it's gone beyond platitudes now I just want some service. I can't listen to music, video call my sick dad, pick up with emails or teams calls access digital banking if I'm out the house in my home town. Even Twitter is unusable and to that's mainly text!

    @O2 Every UK network offered it to their PAYG customers except your network do offer it as soon as possible

    @O2 My partners phone is fine and she is on a different network so we are having to use her phone for simple things like Google maps. Not the first time I’ve complained about this, maybe time to look elsewhere
