  • dalomkid Dee ♓️🌸 (@dalomkid) reported

@O2 why do your live chat agents just stop responding then leave the chat when they haven’t fixed the problem? Poor customer service!

  • aesthetics_sp Emma-Jane Bush (@aesthetics_sp) reported

@O2 O2 store advised me the Bolt on I needed for using a phone outside of EU. Just got notification of over £500 worth of charges for a week in Egypt. The bolt on I was told to get, don’t include Egypt. O2 wishes to offer me a £50 goodwill credit for their **** up!Disgusting.

  • adamocarroll Adam O'Carroll (@adamocarroll) reported

@O2 Thanks have sent details - I’ll keep posting on here until it’s resolved rather than hide the complete lack of service. Please update me ASAP

  • Lily67966914 Lily (@Lily67966914) reported

@O2 any chance I could have my money back for the last three months I haven’t been a customer? I also want a refund for my extortionate £6 call which I was cut off while waiting for someone to answer.

  • shombell Paul Riddell (@shombell) reported

@VodafoneUK But not even getting 4g for miles on end is still not the service I expect. Especially when friends in the car on other networks such as @EE and @O2 get 4g as a minimum the whole way!

  • djandymyers Andy Myers 🇺🇦 (@djandymyers) reported

I honestly can't think of a reason other than opportunistic profiteering from UK based mobile operators. As @O2 @virginmedia has shown, it is a choice rather than a necessity. Compared to other countries mobile charges, we are overcharged in the UK. This adds to that. Poor!

  • RichBartlett Richard Bartlett (@RichBartlett) reported

@KathrynABrown @OpenreachHelp I would personally recommend moving from wired broadband to 4G, I just tested my @O2 broadband and I’m getting 23 Mbps download and 14 Mbps upload. Alternatively get an ADSL router with a 4G SIM in it for backup when your broadband goes down.

  • surrideo Sam (@surrideo) reported

Please can you fix this @o2 as I can’t see my bill, my contract information or anything connected with pricing or the consumer contract. If not, it’s if I’m next. Thank you.

  • pickled_tinker Grody🔞 (@pickled_tinker) reported

@O2 Long story short, I took a 30 say rolling SIM out with you and within 6 months canceled it. You then go and register a 130 debt in my credit file. Complaint has been formally made and knowing full well you won't deal with it, I'll take it to your ADR and the ICO.

  • GrantMcCalman Grant McCalman (@GrantMcCalman) reported

@O2 1 hour 30 minutes talking to customer services about an upgrade I done online 3 weeks ago, which I still haven’t received, for them to tell me there’s nothing they can help with because apparently my order doesn’t exist, yet I have received all my legal documents via email 😡
