No use if we were to have car trouble and need to contact people. It's the main artery between central Scotland and the Highlands! The remotest parts of Iceland have full 4G!#upyourgame

Today, on 3 occasions, calls to O2 have just simply terminated. One promise of email instructions did not materialise. They haven't a clue. Seriously.

They failed to provide the service I renewed my contracts for, then turned it into a catalogue of poor advice, broken promises, endless delays and a complaints process that doesn’t even work. O2 now want to send it away for their own diagnosis, leaving me without a phone. No resolution, no escalation, and ignoring the Consumer Rights Act.

Can barely stream music in my car. No signal in my house ffs Now in Majoroca. 5G and 5 bars. @O2 Why is our service in Uk so bad?
