Today, on 3 occasions, calls to O2 have just simply terminated. One promise of email instructions did not materialise. They haven't a clue. Seriously.

The man in the shop said it would transfer over everything immediately but I have had no signal since. This was at 12pm today. Will it take 24 hours for my network to reconnect?

No use if we were to have car trouble and need to contact people. It's the main artery between central Scotland and the Highlands! The remotest parts of Iceland have full 4G!#upyourgame

Nobody wants to take responsibility for YOUR mistake and I’m being passed around to 3-4 different colleagues who don’t have a clue about what’s going on I got put on hold for long periods multiple times. David (@davidlondon92) reported@O2 I’m roaming in the US on my ultimate plan and the 5G is painfully slow. I just realised you cap the speed at 2 mbps, which renders it pretty useless. Can I even buy a bolt on to remove the throttle? Not sure why I pay for an ultimate plan if your speed is so abysmal
