Trying to switch a number from an @O2 account to a new @O2 account in my daughter's name is proving impossible. Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

I really appreciate that @O2 is "improving the service in your area" as they frequently tell me in text messages, but I'm afraid I will lose service if they keep improving it. It started with 4 bars, now we are at 1.5, maaaybe 2. Awkward with all the text message based 2FA.
