Ni'm heading to @O2 shop to cancel the WiFi hub. Touch and go whether I cancel the phone which is due for upgraded anyway. Not the first time I've had difficulty with O2 and no sensible access to customer service.

@O2 There is nowhere on your website or on correspondence a customer service phone number where this can be sorted. That is frustrating. To issue default notices when the account is net clear is a disgrace. Please DM with a phone number where I can resolve this.

@O2 Nah your okay that’s no gonna help would prob half to see o2 face to face as my iPhone 11 Pro Max keeps freezing etc n I think it’s my SIM card that’s kinda done as when I upgrade I just keep putting old sim into my upgrades not the sim they give you in the box could this be why

Genuinely annoyed that the contact between @O2 and @CPWTweets has ended, I actually made the point of changing from o2 direct to o2 under carphone warehouse because how poor the customer service was at @O2.. For the first time in 10 years I may be swapping network next year

Signal on @O2 is borderline non existent in the 6 week holidays in Newquay due to the sheer amount of people however Vodafone works amazingly here even at boardmasters where I can’t even send a text. Is there anything that can be done to sort @O2 before I have to switch
