Cathcart Boy (@cathcartboy) reported from Newton Mearns, Scotland@O2 There is nowhere on your website or on correspondence a customer service phone number where this can be sorted. That is frustrating. To issue default notices when the account is net clear is a disgrace. Please DM with a phone number where I can resolve this.

-
Cathcart Boy (@cathcartboy) reported from Newton Mearns, Scotland@O2 is the most atrocious customer service ever. Yesterday @O2 went through the motions of responding. Then went quiet. Today, on 3 occasions, calls to O2 have just simply terminated. One promise of email instructions did not materialise. They haven't a clue. Seriously.
-

-
David McClure (@DavidSMcClure) reported from Greenock, ScotlandHey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

Miss Grundy (@Miss_Grundy94) reported from Alexandria, Scotland@O2 is there any reason why my signal has been so poor for the last week or so? I’m in the G83 area in the west of Scotland. It’s becoming impossible to use my phone to make phone calls now.
-
Fiona (@fionastewart139) reported from Renfrew, Scotland@O2 There were parts of the A9 between Aviemore and Perth with no signal (or an E or G signal)! No use if we were to have car trouble and need to contact people. It's the main artery between central Scotland and the Highlands! The remotest parts of Iceland have full 4G!#upyourgame

Lisa Robertson 🇬🇧 🏴 (@daisy_poppy) reported@O2 Just want to say a massive thank you to Leonie (I hope I've spelled that right) in your Redhill, Surrey branch. I had a problem with my phone and she fixed it in about a minute. I'm a carer for my mum so really need my phone so it was a huge relief. Thank you again.

Deborah Bentham 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 (@BenthamDeborah) reported@ThePaulRawlings @TakeThatClouds @O2 It’s a pain in the a*se, but it stops an identity thief from gaining access to services that require a OTP. I worked in customer service for a mobile phone company & the number of people who has their email, & therefore multiple online accounts, hacked was staggering.
-
Melisa Bishop (@FiferTHF) reported@BelfastGiants @O2 Awful! The teams name and logo should always be more prominent than a sponsors logo.
-
Take That, Clouds (@TakeThatClouds) reportedHow daft is @O2 customer services? "I need a new eSIM for my replacement phone" "OK, to verify your identity we need to text a code to the phone number linked to your account." "But that's the phone that isn't working. That's why I need a SIM." "Sorry sir, I cannot help you."

flv (@flv32321) reportedAbsolute disaster class in customer service from @O2. Trapped in a loop of fraud teams sending me to stores, store staff sending me to broken web forms, and zero phone support. Guess that's why CISAS and GDPR exist. 📉🛑 @MoneySavingExp @Ofcom #O2 #CustomerService #ConsumerRight
-
Cody (@CodyButton77) reported@O2 STILL charging me for a phone contract that I finished payments for in December 2025. Cancelled the contract as shown on the @O2 website and still being billed monthly even after calling customer service 3 times. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer for many years.
