@o2 any chance you can sort out the masts in Belfast.. really slow connections and dropped connections, I’m even with o2 (was with you when it was BT Cellnet) I’m with sky who use your network but I know of o2 customers having the same issues. #o2network

@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

Had to cancel an important phone interview today because my new sim card won't arrive in time and my old sim has been cut off prematurely. Really disappointed as never had an issue before @O2 now having to go out completely non-contactable and ngl that makes me so nervous 😳

I literally NEVER do this, but @O2 you need to work on your in-store customer service. 2nd time now. Went into branch to upgrade phone and despite it being busy there was not so much as an acknowledgment or ‘we’ll be with you soon or pop back later’
