@O2 I think it’s utterly disgusting that you are promoting @chrisbrown’s tour. He’s gotten away with over ten years of abuse against women. No wonder you’ve barely sold any tickets. You’ve just lost a loyal customer of 15+ years.
-
Rob Hetherington

Everytime the subject is raised the standard @O2 response is that it is a busy area! Every single day I am in the office, since I switched to O2, even at 3am in the morning! Doesn;t sound like busy, sounds like poor infrastructure and no bandwidth!
-
Kevin Graham

@O2 I’d love to be able to google what haggis is, but this loyal customer on the west coast of Scotland has no data connection as your service is now nonexistent! Will I be able to use my phone like I used to be able to or do I need to move network??

@jibbajabbasteve @O2 I used to be on 02 when I kept seeing these issues occur. I'm currently on ID which piggybacks the 3 network and I get very good coverage even on 5G on my Samsung S22 👍

@O2 We’ve moved sim to another phone, tried a different providers sim. Currently waiting on a new O2 aim to try…but I don’t hold out hope. You text today saying network issues resolved. I got 20 mbps connection for 30 mins and then back to the same.

@tomlister @O2 It’s awful. I went into the shop in Lancaster a few months back and they said they are down to 1 mast in the local area. Something to do with Huawei and 5G. My signal has been rubbish since 5G came on the scene. They said they were going to get it fixed, but nothing yet

@O2 I kept getting a message there was a problem with your request. Even when I clicked use now. This was exactly at 2:00:03! You need to make more tickets available now virgin media customers can access this. It’s impossible to get a ticket.
