Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland@O2 Which was apparent from my first tweet. I’m not asking for you to intervene. I was asking when are you going to develop some principles and stop selling your customers details to bad players like @Aerial_Direct
-
Fanboy (@UberGeekFanboy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@O2 trying to phone through to return a phone and keep getting cut off? Wtf.
-
Zoё Pritchard (@MrsZouZou) reported from Donaghcloney, Northern Ireland@O2 The name is Zoë and I’ve already checked for faults in the area and switched my phone on and off. Nothing has improved your service.
-
Jackie Johnston (@TheRealJackieJ) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@O2 Hi. Can someone help me please? Tried ringing but losing the will with the wait times. Basically placed 3 orders yesterday. 2 have been despatched but 1 hasnt - ms-221212349. Can someone check whats happening?
-
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern IrelandIt’s plain that @O2 sell their customer database to any player willing to put up the cash. Which is why the customer ends up targeted by bad players like @aerial_direct preying on ignorance of what a megabyte is.
-
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve been onto your customer services. They refused to tell me how much it would cost to buy out this awful contract. Threatened termination fees from @o2. A retentions team will be in contact. 🙄 My family member *thought* she was with @o2 - misdirection from you of course. 🤮
-
Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@LauraJ2803 @SarahSherry1 @O2 This is criminal activity I was charged £2 per day by #Three Which is bad enough Truth is like petrol/oil/electric/tv you can't change as they're all at it!
-
www.paulmcerlane.net (@paulmcerlane) reported from Crumlin, Northern Ireland@O2 are there network issues in N.Ireland??
-
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Knockmore, Northern Ireland@O2 But thanks for your valiant “how can we help” which you know and I know was “customer service theatre”. 🎭 It really gives the impression you care one iota about customer service and privacy. 👌 Which is, of course, nonsense. But good play 👏
-
Zoё Pritchard (@MrsZouZou) reported from Donaghcloney, Northern Ireland.@O2 sitting in a power cut, but at least I have full 4G signal…. Despite what my phone shows, nothing is updating and have been forced to hotspot off my husband’s EE signal… not your finest hour!
-
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland@O2 You don’t get the same experience on @ThreeUK - never get shady third party companies calling. You treat your customers like another product to be sold. It should be criminal. I’m actually disgusted. 🤮
-
Kevin McGuinness (@McGuinnessKevin) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@o2 any chance you can sort out the masts in Belfast.. really slow connections and dropped connections, I’m even with o2 (was with you when it was BT Cellnet) I’m with sky who use your network but I know of o2 customers having the same issues. #o2network
-
Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).
-
Gareth Thompson (@gareth_thmpsn) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@O2 you guys got a number to your payments team? I need to speak to someone. Automated IVR is poor.

-
Paul (@Hamsolo1977) reported@O2 your app has been absolute garbage since the @virginmedia account integration, it’s a nightmare to login and payment options consistently fail to work, I’ve been a customer for many years but it’s this kind of nonsense that makes me want to take my business elsewhere.
-
hummm (@awaismajmal) reported@arokorol @O2 What's your problem?

-
Matthew Bell (@matthew_a_bell) reported@Jael7102 @arokorol @O2 In a sense I guess it doesn’t matter because it’s more about how O2 (the cellphone network) misrepresented his location once he had arrived in Israel.
-
Billy Hawes (@Billyhawes) reportedI don’t normally post but is there anything more frustrating than phone signal…. @EE @O2 2026 and in the southwest of England for 250 miles travelling up north. Not one stable phone call. #shambles
