I went into our local O2 store and they told me it was a 33 month contract, wasn’t actually with them and there would be a termination fee

Iraoladdict (@PJH1974) reported@O2 it's not just today - it's months, and EVERYONE on O2 in/around AL5 2RU is the same. Every O2 device in my household is the same. You need to fix the RAN. It started a few months back. Even when the O2 APP shows the problem, O2 says "Computer Says No". Sort your network out.
