This is before my account has been transferred to O2. Complete and utter rubbish

Refused to tell me details of how to cancel - just threatened temrination fees. Offered renewal. Honestly she would have had to have offered a unicorn in a colour of my choice to get a renewal.

Crazy planning restrictions stunting growth on masts I would imagine.
