Refused to tell me details of how to cancel - just threatened temrination fees. Offered renewal. Honestly she would have had to have offered a unicorn in a colour of my choice to get a renewal.

I went into our local O2 store and they told me it was a 33 month contract, wasn’t actually with them and there would be a termination fee

If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌

Calls go straight through to their Indian call centre. Absolutely appalling service from the worst phone company in the universe!
