Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern IrelandIt’s plain that @O2 sell their customer database to any player willing to put up the cash. Which is why the customer ends up targeted by bad players like @aerial_direct preying on ignorance of what a megabyte is.
-
Thomas Brownlee (@ThomasAmnesiac) reported from Belfast, Northern IrelandWill @O2 ever do anything about signal is Belfast City Centre? 🤔
-
Scott Dixon (@ScottD_DJMS) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@O2 @virginmedia still unable to sign in to the Priority app using virgin. Any advice or update please?
-
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland@O2 2) They’ve endured under this contract for 30 months (exploited by salesmen) and it finally ends in April so they’ve asked me to help them. I went into our local O2 store and they told me it was a 33 month contract, wasn’t actually with them and there would be a termination fee
-
Gareth Thompson (@gareth_thmpsn) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@O2 you guys got a number to your payments team? I need to speak to someone. Automated IVR is poor.
-
ANN P V ALLAN (@apallan) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@Girlzmum Very poor service from @O2 especially to a front line worker in the NHS #NHS who needs her phone.
-
Em (@EmGymMum) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@O2 @KLogan1977 Update: So @O2 asked me to DM details of the issue. I sent it hours ago, yet still no response. I wonder if there is an intention to help or it is an illusion of good customer service. Nor have I got promised call back after 22 hours from the CS phoneline. Not good!!
-
Rory Gallagher (@roryg2009) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@o2 I resorted to emailing the CEO today @LutzSchueler because no one will help me with refunding me for an order I cancelled and didn't receive...
-
Adam McCalden (@adammccalden) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@virginmedia since my virgin mobile UK signal has been shifted from piggyback Vodafone to @O2 it has been a complete disaster, constant signal dropping, constant WiFi calling cutting. This is before my account has been transferred to O2. Complete and utter rubbish
-
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve spoken to Naomi on your team already. That’s was a useless ten minutes. Refused to tell me details of how to cancel - just threatened temrination fees. Offered renewal. Honestly she would have had to have offered a unicorn in a colour of my choice to get a renewal.
-
Jeremy Adams (@JeremyAdamsNI) reported from Belfast, Northern IrelandKudos to @O2 for customer service today. Recommend going via app ‘Start a Conversation’ section.
-
Jackie Johnston (@TheRealJackieJ) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland@O2 Thanks. How do we unsubscribe from this ****? We pay for 5 contracts and do not wish to receive these messages particularly on children’s phones.
-
Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).
