    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

    @O2 I have done that. I just get that there is no network problem in your area. So it must be normal for O2 to be rubbish .

    @O2 Having spent hours on this already. I am reluctant to do so. However the number we wanted to keep is. 07803347523. The number we have been trying to cancel is 07710619216. I have been an O2 customer for about 20 years. My business phones are with O2. Over to you.

    @o2 another day, another month, another year and little or no internet access on 4G in parts of Ballymena town centre. Time to move to another network.
