    @EE definitely not the best 5g network sitting in @VapianoUK in Tottenham Court Road and not a single bar of reception having to resort to using the guest Wi-Fi! Such a bad network coverage and they advertise about how good they are! People on @O2 with me have reception!

    Today I experienced the @O2 Customer Journey. Three and a half hours and still no resolution. Tomorrow is another day. Another number to try, but expectations are very low based on the experience today.

    @VMO2News @O2 @virginmedia Nice email I have received today, £8.50 you are going to charge everyone In March. I was expecting £4.50 not the above price. I guess it is time to shop around. I bet you will rise it again later on in the year!! Not a happy customer

    Word of advice to anyone thinking of moving to @O2 DON'T. Worst customer service I've ever come across, taken over 5 days to transfer my number over & hours wasted on hold. When they finally supply my PAC code I'll be back with @vodafone.

    @O2 FYI you have lost a loyal customer of 20 years today due to your shocking customer service when attempting to upgrade. 2 hours on the phone, promised a call back that never came and now you have just hung up on me after 40 mins on hold 🤬. Off to Vodafone I go
