    @DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

    @O2 2/2 a call back from your last resolution team and if we can't resolve it get a deadlock letter so I can go to ofcom, only to not receive a call for the 3rd time, then spend all even on the phone to find you've closed the case with no call again!

    @O2 @O2OurBlueprint switch over with a PAC code.. no update on number switch, been 10days..no one available online chat, wait one hour in queue to be told to hang on and phone gets disconnected! Seriously sad service! #o2

    @joelycett please help me! @O2 have hung up on me 3 times when I’ve called trying to cancel my contract for my sim as I don’t get signal where I live, meaning I have been paying a lot of money for a service I can’t even use. What more can I do?! Thank you 🙏🏼

    @O2 Just spent an hour on the phone to your company transferred between 3 different departments. Then the operator hangs up before competing the down grade .All I wanted to do is have a sim only contract 20 gig a month cancel the insurance on the contract . 10 years of loyalty
