@o2 Why is your signal so sh1t around Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Paddock Wood areas? Everytime I call someone, they sound like a dalek. 30 years I've been with you, from BT Cellnet days, looks like I'll be joining EE soon.

@O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

  • iainkernaghan
Iain (@iainkernaghan) reported from Redhill, England

Well @O2 i nearly upgraded my phone. Shame you misled me on your black friday airtime discount, wiped the basket and now just give me "400 bad request" pages. "Help" is useless, just loops of questions...

@O2 Hi. Which areas of the London Underground Network do you cover whilst in the tunnels or would that be a question to be directed at TfL

  • fishdude10
Ben Mockford (@fishdude10) reported from Crawley, England

@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

clayton berry (@cleggytaxi) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

    @gracjan_deresz @GreigeLifestyle @MissWhyOh @O2 @AppleSupport @Apple It’s not an Apple fault as I have swapped networks to #EE and haven’t had a problem since not phone it’s #O2 #iPhoneXR

  • cleggytaxi
clayton berry (@cleggytaxi) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

  • iainkernaghan
Iain (@iainkernaghan) reported from Redhill, England

@O2 3 devices and I finally got somewhere, but no black friday extra as i have a bolt on and the logic of the bonus replacing it was never considered...

  • dergal
Gerry White SEO geek (@dergal) reported from Redhill, England

@O2 No - I think you're missing the fact that you still have services that a service designed, a UX guy, a bit of css and common sense could fix up in a week, it wouldn't be super cheap, but leaving this service running like it is, just isn't acceptable.

  • louise_sarah
Louise (@louise_sarah) reported from Crawley, England

Once again at Gatwick and terrible @O2 connection. 5 months to go before I can leave their absolutely unreliable network

  • NabilJamshed

@acorbettn @O2 @metpoliceuk 😲OMG.....how terrible..... hope you are all OK👌🏽....its ironic as only yesterday I heard a discussion that piggy crimes are at an increase which could be attributed to job losses and businesses shut down during COVID. Take care of yourself.

@DatKid_LF @ThreeUK @O2 @GerrardMaynard I have been on the same deal for 3 years. My data speed went up to 3 Mb... Once. Crap service and crap customer service. Get out while you can.

@O2 please note. Our Charity’s staff mobile numbers are NOT premium numbers. You are charging some of our service users PREMIUM RATES for using normal numbers. Your computer number sequence reading is in error. Kindly DM me.

  • LaBloggeuse
    Dr Devra Kay (@LaBloggeuse) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I have terrible reception. I have 2shout to be heard. Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me. But with people nearby we can barely hear one another

  • kay_guest19
    Kay Gunning (@kay_guest19) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 I got so fed up with O2’s excuses for the non existent signal in Tonbridge that I moved to EE last November. Not had a problem since!

  • Jones2204Jones
    Martin Jones (@Jones2204Jones) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Cambridge is meant to be our tech capital, but half the city has terrible coverage. And if you if you enter a building anywhere in town, its almost non-existent.

  • GUnit156
    G Murdoch (@GUnit156) reported

@OldNorseGuy @TomTugendhat @O2 This is the problem with EU membership, the countries that should be the biggest net recipients are the biggest net contributors

  • jontechilovsky
    Jon Techilovsky (@jontechilovsky) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's funny how when the private sector is doing something well it's solely down to them, but when the private sector performs badly it's the government's fault. BT(EE) made a profit of £1 billion last year. There is nothing stopping them using those funds to improve coverage.

  • BeedleB
    Beedle The Bard (@BeedleB) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Just like me where I live, and ike here I bet you have no problem getting a text message through.

  • Randoms141884
    Billy Randoms (@Randoms141884) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Maybe you should have made sure that we could manage our cellular infrastructure without Huawei when your government stopped them supplying us? Idiot.

  • allnewtomorrow
    Patrick Hölscher (@allnewtomorrow) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Who is virtue signalling? "But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings" Know what Paris now also has? Far superior bike infrastructure, in addition to their better mobile network buildout. Perhaps you should have countered 5G fears better when in government.

  • markbishopuk

@TomTugendhat @O2 Root cause is captured regulation. Your party had 14 years to fix it

  • OldNorseGuy
    OldNorseGuy 🇮🇱🇨🇦🇫🇮🎗️ (@OldNorseGuy) reported

@GUnit156 @TomTugendhat @O2 you stupid??? it affects the absence of building the cell infrastructure in no way whatsoever. it is totally UK companies unable to work within the regulation imposed by govt
