-
Gerry White SEO geek (@dergal) reported from Redhill, England@O2 No - I think you're missing the fact that you still have services that a service designed, a UX guy, a bit of css and common sense could fix up in a week, it wouldn't be super cheap, but leaving this service running like it is, just isn't acceptable.
-
Ben Mockford (@fishdude10) reported from Crawley, England@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.
-
PCPresenter (@PcPresenter) reported from Tonbridge, England@o2 Why is your signal so sh1t around Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Paddock Wood areas? Everytime I call someone, they sound like a dalek. 30 years I've been with you, from BT Cellnet days, looks like I'll be joining EE soon.

ScientistTranswidows (@STranswidows) reported@O2 Please take down your offensive poster "Pride Month" currently in the window on Chiswick High Street. I am glad to report that you are the ONLY company stupid enough to continue with the "Trans" nonsense. Pl ditch it. Every other company has desisted - thank you @sainsburys @Hbgrafton others
-
Gavin Walker (@walksy10) reported@O2 @Place_of_Zen How about let the man speak to someone on the phone, shouldn't be too hard as you are a PHONE service provider
-
Sarah Loughran (@SarahDruscilla) reported@O2 since joining virgin media the coverage in Milton Keynes is terrible. I’m almost always on 1 bar. You’ve gone from being the best signal in the area to probably the worst.
-
Sarah Loughran (@SarahDruscilla) reported@O2 Thanks I used it & we get “good outdoors”. That is a definite reduction in service as it used to be good in & outdoors. Why have we experienced a reduction in service?
-
Dan W (@The_dan_w) reported@O2 your network is absolutely awful!
-
Dave Payne (@davehpayne) reportedI’m sick to death of going round in circles with you @O2 - struggled online, instagram was just a bot, phone didn’t solve anything. How do you get away with such a poor service? I wish you put as much effort into providing a reliable mobile service as you do in promoting gigs!
-
John Kirby (@csljohnkirby) reportedWhy does @O2 make it so hard to be a good customer? Yesterday, due to terrible service, and for them going to my bank for a DD I did not owe, I received compensation of £50. Today, they threatened to cut my services and report me to Debt Collection Agencies. They sent me SMS and an email, yet apparently, the £30 compensation they offered today, I can not have because I had the maximum compensation yesterday for another matter.
-
W (@NWIWC01) reported@O2 @Happyengland79 The mast in tameside doesnt work either, my signal is always awful. Im leaving when I have time to ring around places
-
Lee Knight (@tweets_by_leigh) reported@JohnTillUK @O2 It’s the same where I live, the main town centres are down, the mast near my house is down, the time they take to fix their dated masts is ridiculously slow, over capacities as well from Sky, Gif GaF, Tesco etc aren’t helping, I’ve never known it this bad
